Trying to adjust young kids to a time change is a massive pain in the ass, especially when you have kids that don't sleep well to begin with.

Its irritating to me personally and my pets have the hardest time dealing with it. I can't feed my dog when he wants if I'm suddenly not home at his scheduled feeding time.

I do think it's a bit weird they released Soul day 1 on regular streaming but this one gets the $30 pricetag, is it because Soul is Pixar and this is Disney Disney? From what I looked up it seemed like Soul had the bigger budget so it's not like it was that much a matter of the more costly movie getting it

I would wager it has to do with timing. They think they can extract X from people right now and then extract Y subs for the same movie in a few months. Stuff around the holidays and summer has tended to be free, the two things they have charged "Premiere" pricing for have come out more in a down season.

Immigration has always been an issue that has crossed some weird lines on both sides of the political spectrum. The business side of the right has generally been pro-immigration, it's been the culture side that has been staunchly against it. Of course, the culture war side of the Republican party has been winning the fight for control of the GOP since Reagan and Trump obviously put xenophobia and racism at the center of his campaign.

The Pandemic sort of made them show their true colors on what they think of immigration. they love to use it as a political tool and a way to create a villain.

But we had a global pandemic. The greatest excuse we've ever had in recent memory to shut down the fucking border and crack down on immigration. But because of the economic dependence on Mexico and more specifically labor from Mexico, the subject was never really brought up by the right.

Wasn't top tier Disney but I thought it was good.

I am also mindful of the fact that it was made almost entirely from home, something that is not entirely unnoticeable. There are at times noticeable dips in animation quality and there is a lot of facial expression recycling that is taken from other Disney movies.

Also Fang has no cats at all and the cats themselves vanish entirely after about 45 minutes, never to be seen again(They will get a token joke about having no souls, then thats it for them). This is unforgivable.

A situation that came up for me last year was that I was apparently owed some very small amount of money (less than 10 bucks I think) because of something having to do with dividends on foreign stock. Because of that, I was forced to pay much more than that to upgrade from the free version of whatever tax software I was using.

use the link from the IRS website. This will bypass that. At least it does for turbotax.

If you use the tax software's free link they'll sucker you in.

Hopefully they make it so that it can be reclaimed on 2021 taxes.

(Most of the ones I've reviewed have involved people who received their stimulus and then claimed the recovery rebate credit on their taxes because they didn't understand the questions about it which hopefully you did not do)

Yeah, I understand this. My point is that walking on eggshells to please Manchin may just have the same effect. They have a little bit of time to win him over but after that it's time for hardball. And I, personally, don't think the eggshell strategy is going to pay off in the near enough future. There's a really small window for it anyways and I'm out of patience.

They pretty much have to play hardball with him at some point. I think we can probably say many weren't willing to risk that here.

The argument against you wasn't that mid-summer wasn't reasonable, it was that it wasn't reasonable at that time and at that pace unless major changes occurred. They did, so we're doing better, but your insistence that there was nothing wrong with the previous pace was straight up incorrect.

Actually you got really upset that we had Fauci quotes from the day prior saying he felt we'd ramp up significantly by April and insisted there was no reason to believe we'd have significant ramp up.

Also I never tied it to supply. My tie to supply was always that since we had the supply, we could always fix the rollout to ramp up significantly.
