And why support a state or a system where they can arbitrarily put you in one of those camps if you oppose the states teachings or communism? Today is the 4th of July. A holiday to celebrate independence. Independence from the biggest empire the world has ever known. Independence from the days of yore where you swore allegiance not to a flag of an ideal but to a king. A king who could lop your head just because it was cool. Now we have our own house and and our own rules and we break those rules everyday because to by God we are independent and not subject to rules. We go out and party and get wake up the next not knowing exactly where we are, but knowing that wherever we are, we didnt end up in Canada! Because if we did, we would make that our own America too. And we are all Americans! America Vespucci didnt come here just to name us his people for nothing. He came here with full on party in the front and nothing in in the back because that just the way we do things around here so when it all goes down there is somewhere for crap to go. We all bleed red white and blue because thats what we brush our teeth with everyday is Crest and Colgate and blue Gatorade. Because we are all Americans we will always celebrate our Independence Day no matter how badly we lose to the Communjsfs, the Taliban, the entire freaking island of Iceland, and the Cherokee casinos.

I'm living with my parent and siblings still paying $250 or so a month while saving as much as I can to eventually make a down payment on a home.

Which is probably one of the hardest aspects of the process. And maybe the biggest hurdle in most peoples adult life to achive. But one that's well worth the hassle.

Make it a fat down-payment or save it as a war chest so you can eventually travel around if you want. It'll be worth the sacrifice because of the dividends over the rest of your life. Only really takes 2-3 concentrated years of effort for this. You got this.
