I skimmed the write up but from what I'm seeing:
1) Girl was causing problems and needed to be disciplined. He wrote up a slip and the reason he used is she said the N word, but actually wrote it out on the slip.
2) Chick is like WHAT AM I IN TROUBLE FOR?!?!?!?! And he says, you said "n-word" but again he actually used the word.
3) People want him suspended.

I'm gonna say he shouldn't have been disciplined. Yeah he could have handled that a little better by saying "n-word" instead of the actual word but he wasn't calling her that or anything.

Edit: And just for clarity sake I don't see a problem with him writing the word on the paperwork, but maybe shouldn't have said it out loud.

I did.

I was 32 and she was 19. She was the bartender at a bar I went to and we enjoyed talking to each other and hung out a time or two outside of her work. It was only ever friendly. One day she tells me she's moving across country while we were hanging out and ended up sleeping together that night.

Personally, I felt kind of weird after and not something I would probably do again.

There's some truth to it I would guess. We have websites dedicated to wasteful charities and that will show you a breakdown by percentage on what they spend their money on. You can see what actually goes to charity and what is used to give the people who run the charity a huge pay day.

But reality is always more complicated than a "simple solution".

Yeah, it's weird that Dragon Knight Cain became Dragoon Knight Kain. I always figured it as a translation typo.

And I don't really have a point. Just that on the original version only (I THINK) there was a minute or so scrolling text scene that played the Final Fantasy theme. I don't think it was played again in game until the final boss battle.

Yeah, I was in some Blockbuster tournament over 25 years ago or so. I won the store on SNES, and the game was a timed special cart with DKC, Cly Fighter, and NBA Jam IIRC.

Then I got smoked at the regional tournament since it was all NBA Jam and I wasnt really super great at it.

I cant recall what the prizes were.

Dude holy fuck me too! I won my Blockbuster and then I was in the next bracket in New Jersey/PA and one other state. It was held at a MASSIVE arcade and there were tons of people playing NBA Jam. I remember losing in the semi finals and the dude I was playing say "you play just like my one friend".

For Prizes I got to pick one of a few games and I picked the TMNT Fighter Game which was really crappy.

This show is so good. I went through and watched both seasons again over the last week or so.

During the last episode of season 2 when they are all trying to point fingers at each other I noticed that Tom calls one of the guys a "sausage stealer" and it took me a minute to remember the Boar on a Floor scene.

Mine has a dress code but it isn't enforced.

I wear jeans and a company branded polo every day for office work with sneakers. If there's higher ups coming in or something i'll wear khakis but it is pretty rare.

I'm not trying to make this a "poor me" post but hopefully an educational one. But I will say that this shit is insanely stressful and will probably make me talk to a shrink myself. Also has a 36 year old male this isn't something I thought I would have to type out.

My parents have been married for about 40 years. First marriage for my dad, second marriage for my mom. Together they have 4 kids while my mother has 2 others. A side note, my sister was SEVERELY mentally impaired. I usually use the R word there instead of impaired because it's an accurate description but that seems to be taboo so I will avoid that word. Either way she grew into a full size woman with the mental capacity of a newborn. It's was a lot of stress on my Mom who stayed home with us and took care of us. We were fortunate enough to have a dad who made enough that my mom could stay home.

Anyways - Over the years I have heard small complaints from one side saying "your father and I never talk about problems." Or "I can't talk to him about that" or "we need to talk about money but we never do". When my half brother died a couple years ago randomly from cancer it was hard on my mom but she didn't talk to anyone or get help. Even after numerous attempts talking to her about getting some. A few years before that when my impaired sister died she didn't get any help. I tried to get her some. My mother and father never talked about these things as far as I know. I mean of course they said they were sad but just the two of them they didn't mourn together. Do you see a pattern here? They both come from the old school mentality that "talking about issues doesn't do anything" and "seeing a mental health professional is weak".

As of now I'm pretty sure my mom is having a mental breakdown. Not suicidal or anything but she isn't well. One day she randomly vented 40 years of frustration and anger out and it led to them getting in a HUGE fight. It also led to her exaggerating issues in her head or flat out making some stuff up. Something that should be a very minor bump is now a world ending ordeal.

To be clear I am not blaming my mother. It takes two for this issue to go on this long. She is just the one it is HEAVILY effecting.

People, you CAN NOT hold in your issues. Make sure you have good communication with your spouse. Have a problem? The answer isn't to just let it go. You need to talk.

Having mental health issues? See a shrink. I have a whole other rant about how fucking difficult it is go get my mom some help right now because she isn't suicidal so she isn't "high priority" and every other mental health professional is booked for months.

Again, I'm not here for "poor me" type stuff. Honestly? I'm fucking shook. Never thought this would happen. I always prided myself in having a family that seemed so strong. Mental health issues can happen any time or any where. I'll admit I have always been the "bottle it inside" type person but seeing this has changed my view 100 percent.

Mental health help is not weakness.

I'm about halfway through the first season (again) and the only "good" (morally) characters are Logan's wife and Kendall. Everyone else is a major piece of shit.

Edit: Roy's wife = Marcia. Although Kendalls wife Ravi seems like a good person too but she isn't really a "main" character.

I dont get it, 84 hours is like 16 hours a day over 7 days or 16 hours over 5 days. Im guessing every hour over 8 hours is OT aswell? why not just have more employees to cover those shifts

why have the same person working long as hours?

It's still probably cheaper to have employees work the OT believe it or not. All the fringe benefits like health insurance etc. don't need bought again if you make an employee work more as opposed to hiring a new one.

Agree. I'll buy a regular pizza and an order of crazy bread and eat part of it one night and another part the next night but I have to throw it in the oven for a bit to get warm. I can eat the crazy bread cold though.

I like Little Caesars pizza and especially their breadsticks. I know most people consider it trash but for some reason I enjoy it.

It also probably has something to do with the fact that all my "local" pizza places suck and their food has obviously seen better days. The only reason they are still in business is because people won't drive for good pizza.

Several other factors cast doubt on the veracity of the claims in the video. Cubaangels Instagram account is almost exclusively Christian memes, which begs the question why she chose to go to a high-end spa well known for being LGBTQ friendly.

Some of the religious right still says LGBTQ people are going to hell and deserve to.

I'm skimming the article but I have a few things I've noticed:

1) They talk about Pharmacists giving immunizations. I'm pretty sure it was the Pharmacies that started doing that themselves and then said "hey we should be able to bill insurance for this". So they did it to make more money I think.

2) They say this: A pharmacist's job is far more than putting pills in bottles.

Then also they say this: The person who actually hands you your filled prescription at the counter may be a technician, not a pharmacist. Technicians are support staffers who run the cash register; fill, count and bag prescriptions; and unload inventory.

I know pharmacists have to know a lot of drug interactions and stuff, but why are we paying them insane amounts of money if we are just turning around and having a cashier fill the actual bottles.

That struck me as odd.

As a side note: I'm not saying your job is tough or not or underpaid or anything.... just some interesting things I found in the article.
