It sat for three months, going through several open houses, people walking through it at least 5 times a week, etc. People in the neighborhood with shittier houses were selling within a week of listing for way more than what he was asking. All white families. He decided to take down all the family pictures after reading a story like this and the house sold in two days for $10,000 over asking. Maybe its a coincidence, or maybe people are racist as fuck. --- |
