Awesome. Do you like the area its in?

Yes, it is a very nice area. Calm yet pretty central. Also close to a nature area. The hospital is nearby so that is great (my bf works there and I could work there).

Downtown is about 1-1.5 km away. The whole block is new and built where there were old warehouses they tore down.

It is a very nice apartment, one we could see ourselves live in. If we move there then well have to get rid of some stuff but that would actually be welcome. We have too much stuff now - we dont need it all.

It is 13 m2 smaller (69 vs 82) than our current one but it was built in 2017 compared to 1960 for our current one. There is for exemple not possible to install a dish washer in this kitchen and the bathroom is in desperate need of a face lift.

Hopefully well like this new apartment and if we do, that we get it.

Based on what I know about her I think it is merely her desire to be right at all costs. She is not used to being told no and it has served her well politically until now. She is too stubborn and prideful quite simply.

Ebba Busch, leader of the Christian Democrats, and the 81-year old met in court at the start of the week and they did not reach a settlement. So there will be a trial in October regarding the house Ebba bought from the 81-year old. He says he regretted the sale the day after and a medical evaluation says hes cognitively unfit (dementia?). Ebba doesnt wanna go back on the deal though.

Even if Ebba wins the trial, this will keep sinking her and the party as it already has done. It is a dark cloud politically which probably will linger up to the September 2022 election as it looks right now.

Any English speakers who can help? verkurs means that something is too difficult but also not really necessary or too difficult for someone right now based on what they have learned so far.

Live versions lol theyre all lyp syncing. Anyway the first two are ok at best and the others are all pretty bad imo though tbf still better than anything the UK ever does.

They are singing live. There are pre-recorded backing vocals in several songs but the lead song is live.
