Some form of construction/real estate. I do that on the side already and have plans for it to be my full time gig down the line - so that.

I wouldn't mind owning some form of fast food franchise though - something like a Chick Fil A or an In n Out or something but it's not really in my wheelhouse.

What was left of the original security division of Umbrella reorganized as a new group (with the same name) that exists solely to track and and clean up the old Umbrella-related messes and BOW things in general. It's part of why their new logo is blue instead of red - to differentiate from the original but indicate that they're fixing Umbrella's mistakes.

Chris isn't actually part of the new Umbrella, but he's worked with them because they have similar goals now. Assuming the new group can actually be trusted...

RE8 is another situation where Chris and friends are cleaning up BOW stuff but umbrella also has a team that's sent in. They don't really go into too much detail about what the umbrella team is doing other than Chris/friends are fighting against them. One of the last scenes apparently shows a dead sodlier/BOW from umbrella that Chris' team killed.

What that means for the canon at this point - who the fuck knows.

I unironically think the majority of donated money to any twitch streamer comes from autistic people. I think it preys on people who have very few social outlets and fewer social skills. They think they're getting some sort of friendship/relationship out of being a recognizeable donater, so the more they donate the more they become recognized by the streamer (which makes them think they're 'friends').

I'm fine throwing a few ducets to content creators every once in a while, but I would guess the majority of money transacted on twitch comes from a relative few 'whales'.

Well thats what its about. The course of the movie is a double entendre of the dudes fantasy of a life he wanted but could never have and he constantly thinks about killing himself

the end of the movie is him, at the very least, attempting to commit suicide by freezing to death in his truck. There's some point earlier in the movie that says something to that affect like 'it'd only take x amount of minutes to freeze to death' when they find the goats in the barn. He sits in his truck, starts hallucinating, and takes his clothes off like people in extreme hypothermia do.

Whether he actually leaves his truck and actually gets warm in the school is up for debate, but given the state of his truck in the end scene it seems pretty likely that he's dead in the buried truck.

Gear helps but actually I found the biggest advancement to my combat prowess and survivability was mastering block/parry timing. There are enemies that can tear you up easily if you don't have a good block/parry or dodge/kiting game going on no matter what your armor is.

That's the only other part that matters. And even then it only matters until...I think the iron shield? After that, provided you parry, you can't be harmed. Before that, even with parrying, you'll take damage from a number of mobs. But your attack damage and...defense damage is 100% dependent on your gear with a small modifier based on your skill level (that takes entirely too long to train and goes down frequently).

That doesn't even discuss the potions/gear you need for the specific areas you venture into. Poison resist, ice resist, whatever. It's all about gear.

I was too. I kept wondering why my architecturally structurally sound projects weren't working until I realized you pretty much just have to have a buncha straight poles everywhere. Then you just start cramming that shit randomly into walls and presto, problem solved.

Some of my fondest memories came from gaming in Ultima Online. I remember at one point I had joined a semi-random shard and was walking around doing my thing when I ran across someone on the north side of Britain that had the same handle that one of my real life friends used. So I started chatting with him and sure the fuck enough it happened to be him. It was an incredibly bizarre coincidence.

But my 'back in my day' memory would be the instruction booklets that came with games. Busting them out and reading them when I was bored, or driving home from the store with a brand new game and being so excited that I just wanted to get right into it. Looking at the incredibly cool artwork. etc.
