I give this store 1 star and 1 star only for the color that I love, PURPLE. I heard about this store and was instantly moved to go since I was visiting myrtle beach for the weekend. Upon entering the store my friends and I felt a very uneasy feeling of not being wanted there and also being watched as if we were going to steal something. One of the ladies literally came behind the counter to actually stand in front of the door which I was really confused by because if I were a thief and wanted to take something it would have been nothing she herself alone or the other elderly lady would have been able to do. Even after feeling unwanted we still continued to browse around and even intended on buying some items. My friend was admiring the shades they have and inquired about pricing. The lady standing in front of the door was rude when she stated that the price was already on the glasses which they were not because if they were there would have been no reason to ask. We left without purchasing anything or stealing. Moral of my review is they pride themselves on locals shopping at their store when they should really love for anyone to shop there because I guarantee visitors put more money into that business than someone that lives down the street. Also their prices are steep for some items and they have bible versus on almost every item. I would have definitely purchase an item if not some, but because of the horrible customer service and feeling not welcomed I will not step foot into that store ever again if Im visiting nor will I advise anyone to unless youre a local or have fair skin

It seemed to start becoming less mainstream when white kids began looking up to black kids and culture in general.

I was in high school in the 90s. Rock was huge during that decade (most of it was called alternative), and there was much more self-segregation in schools than there is now. I'm not saying that's a good thing, but in my school anyway whites and blacks didn't even sit together at lunch. Now when I ride past the school I see groups of kids of all colors hanging out together.

When my younger brother started hanging around people who weren't white, he began to exclusively listen to rap and hip hop. He ditched Smashing Pumpkins and G&R for Tupac and DMX.

Anyway, that's my theory.

I just watched it.

1. The premise was a bit silly and the plot had tons of holes in it but that's to be expected in a sci fi time travel movie.
2. The third act felt like a tremors movie to me which felt a bit silly.
3. The action was good, the creatures were cool as enemies, the acting was actually a lot better than I expected it would be. Chris Pratt was once again good in the role of an everyman superhero type, Yvonne Stahovsky was great, and JK Simmons was awesome even though he was only in the movie for a tiny portion of the run time.

As soon as I saw the aliens I figured out the plot.

They were too much like animals to actually build a space ship, so I assumed they were some sort of planet clearing bioweapon. Either that or a small chance they were a dormant Earth species.

The PS5 took me weeks, literal weeks of dropping everything when I got a restock alert and frantically adding to cart before I got it because of the goddamn scalpers. In the end, I didnt even get it, a buddy who was in the same room as me helping me out got it, and got it sent to his place and I paid him what he paid. And it had to be a bundle with games and shit I didnt even want because it was that or nothing.

The Xbox was also me dropping everything when I got a restock alert, this one took me another couple weeks or so. I dunno if no one wants the Xbox as bad, or if I just got lucky. And even then, its another bundle with shit I didnt want because it was that or nothing.

I was able to preorder more than one PS5 and Series X without bots or anything. You had to be there right as the preorders went up for sale. I happened to be looking at an IGN board and someone announced the Series X, otherwise I wouldn't have known about it since the launch was fucked.

I debated on keeping a PS5 and Series X. Held onto them for a few weeks. Then decided I'd rather have a 3080 and bought a new PC with the profits.

I still plan on buying a PS5 eventually when things get back to normal. No need for a Series X now since all those games go directly to PC.

in the past, scalpers were just people who took advantage of people slacking on stuff, but now they make it so they don't even have the chance in a lot of cases.

I agree with the bots part. But really, anyone can use a bot if they really wanted one. Plus there are tons of people who were just in the right place at the right time to get a card or console and decided to flip.
