Like literally just take a baby hit and sit there to see how you feel. When you're either use to heavy smoking yourself or being around others who smoke weed like cigarettes, it doesn't seem as obvious. But one hit for me can be the difference in feeling good and being anxious as hell. I usually just take one hit every like 15-45 minutes.
