I liked it better than 3.

3 was a rehash of other ideas and villains and an ending that tried too hard to make people cry.

If you're talking about the part at the end with Andy then I agree but I think the rest of the movie is great

I think I'm just tired of Toy Story. Toy Story had already explored its themes extensively in the first three movies and I don't think the fourth one introduces anything new enough to be exciting or interesting.

It was fun the first 2 times, and the third movie came after a long break and did some bold things while also concluding the story and being a prison break movie. Then 4 came around, and it's fine,

but oh look, another movie about toys asking existential questions.

it's easy to just say "stop complaining" if you don't acknowledge the uncomfortable realities about the film industry. even though I agree that there's nothing inherently wrong with playing a character with another sexuality there is clearly something wrong with the industry where they are discriminating against gay actors in favor of straight ones

There are a lot of gay actors who I admire and are really damn good and i'd hate for them to be limited to only playing gay characters, because thats where this this is headed.

a lot of them practically already are limited to only playing gay characters. gay actors tend to be typecast into gay roles, whereas straight actors are typically given roles as straight and gay characters alike

The problem isn't that straight people inherently shouldn't play gay characters, because they inherently can.

the problem is that gay actors struggle to find work, especially as straight characters. and when straight actors play gay characters it takes away work from the gay actors who are already struggling to find work.

But nobody wants to acknowledge that, they just want to get outraged about twitter

I don't understand why this game couldn't just be a feature in a fully fledged Pokemon game. We have the technology to do it now!

it's easier to animate and program them when it's on rails. mainline pokemon games give you freedom to explore at your own pace and they would need to give a lot more Pokemon a lot more comprehensive behaviors.

But yes I do think they need to make the wild Pokemon behave more naturally starting with Legends Arceus. Hopefully not just wandering around like in wild areas.

What's even worse, you can stream on twitch as long as you're 13 year old. According to the TOS, you can have young teens putting content like this out and it would be 100% twitch friendly.

If somebody actually did that then maybe twitch would actually be forced to address how far they're wandering out of video game streaming into porn streaming. >_>

as things are now, they are so weird about their rules. apparently you can't show your chest even if you're a guy, but then they allow sexual camgirl streams which attract many horny viewers

1. it's a harmless and inconsequential misconception, who really cares if some people have this misconception about our brains
2. if anybody believes this urban myth because of what they saw in Lucy of all things, then they're just stupid. the movie doesn't even pretend to be realistic, it's clearly fantasy
3. a movie is allowed to take an urban myth as its premise and run with it. movies don't have to be based on reality. lucy's no more beholden to reality than inception.

the only real flaws with Lucy are its stupid boring use of morgan freeman and some ham fisted nature stock photography punctuating some parts.

What does a smart bulb even do?

you can turn the light on and off remotely, change its colors and brightness, and set up scheduled changes and other forms of interactivity.

I make mine dim down every night, change colors slowly for 15 minutes, and then turn off. I'm usually asleep before it's halfway through but it's great. It's also nice not having to get out of bed to flip the lights when I'm ready to sleep
