| Tryin2GetDaPipe 01/29/21 1:58:15 AM #1 | I had a mild case of it, started a little over 2 weeks ago with chills/fever and fatigue. The chills and fever lasted 4 days and were mild. The fatigue lasted for a little over a week. Those were the only symptoms I had and I thought that I was in the clear. Two days ago I got a call from the health department/contact tracers, they just basically asked who were you in contact with prior to the first symptoms and my living situation. I answered them to the best of my abilities and they told me that based on my lack of symptoms after 2 weeks that I'm free to get out of quarantine. Today I decided to get a little midnight snack, it was the first time I was outside since my symptoms started and damn this shit hit my lungs harder than I thought. I walked probably like a little under a mile (like about 15 minutes) to go back and forth to a rite aid near me and as I'm walking it felt like my lungs were... smaller? It was a weird feeling, like I wouldn't say that I was tired but I definitely felt like my lungs couldn't hold as much air as it could in the past and now my anxiety is through the roof lol. I don't want my lungs to be fucked up. >_> What can I do to better my lungs? Light exercise or something? Lots of fluids? Fatigue and mild headaches stayed for an additional week. I feel almost 100% right now.
