Not forever sure but its gonna be a long time before new restaurants are opening up. Between the recent protests/riots and covid I'd bet the vast majority of small business restaurants have shut down. I know more have than haven't in my area even with the rules being relatively relaxed.

I have the smaller bluetooth controller thats shaped virtually identically to the SNES controller. Works great on my phone. Use it to emulate SNES while I'm on long flights and shit.

A Xbone controller is probably the best and easiest option. The firmware is built into Windows and is adapted for pretty much everything you would ever need it for. Last I knew PS controllers needed third party software to make them work with stuff like steam though that may have since changed. Plus the Xbone controller is arguably the best controller made up to this point though the PS controllers aren't that much different anymore other than the placement of the joysticks.

If that's your definition then a big chunk of companies are 'socialist' because many of the employees own stock in the company. Particularly in small/new companies where bonuses and pay often come in the form of stock. Hell of the last few companies I worked for we received stock on an almost yearly basis and the last company worked for matched 401k contributions with company stock.

The people that are into that stuff are mostly on the spectrum somewhere and feel like they're getting something out of the para social relationship that they can't get out of real life. I think they find it easier to throw money at something to make a 'friend', particularly a woman, because they have a hard time doing it in the real world where you can't really do that.

Maybe im just not good enough but even as a six figure earner I've never been in a position where I've signed some agreement that I couldn't go work for a competitor. The only times I've been prohibited from working elsewhere is if there's a conflict of interest. I can't imagine those agreements to be particularly enforceable.

Whether or not they're doing some nefarious illuminati shit with this virus they've definitely discovered that at least 50% of the population in the US is totally fine with giving up a lot of their civil liberties for the 'greater good' which I find to be abhorrent personally.

I do believe they'll use the circumstances of this virus to codify laws to allow the government to effectively implement martial law for pandemic scenarios and that those 'pandemic' guidelines are going to be extremely broad. They're certainly not going to put legislation in there that says, 'The virus has to meet X value before it can be legal to do Y' because that would require them to actually limit government power.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if we see another sort of lockdown mandate situation the next time a swine flu or bird flu comes along.

I found satisfaction in things that needed to be done rather than things I wanted to do. If someone asked me what my hobbies are, I struggle to answer because I've never really cared about much other than a couple of things. But eventually I started buying property and shit and found satisfaction in the maintenance and care of those properties and getting shit done on a regular basis. I wouldn't say I enjoy it but it keeps me from being bored and I feel like I'm making some kinda difference outside of my regular work.
