Normal Raptors fan: Wow once again the NBA fucks with the Raptors, giving them zero primetime games in the first round despite them being the defending champion.

Justice League Dark might be the best book on the shelf for DC right now.

I'm also really enjoying Hellblazer. It feels more like the classic book than any of the other recent Hellblazer runs have.

The X-Men stuff has been good, but you're already reading that. Moneyshot isn't Marvel/DC but I can't not recommend a comic without mentioning it. It's hilarious and also insane and written by Tim Seeley, who is great. It's technically a space book but not in the way you'd expect.

I don't read Marvel other than the X-Men stuff so I can't recommend there. All of the other DC stuff that I read is up and down so it's tough to recommend. I'm enjoying Detective Comics as well, if you're looking for more of a detective Batman story, that's kind of what it's been doing recently, although I'm a few issues behind.

On the opposite end if you want to read the worst book on the shelf at DC, Nightwing is the go to. I'm hate reading at this point.

If you're a Tom King guy you'll like Strange Adventures, but it hinges on you enjoying King being King.

I'm conflicted because Slime Climb is my favourite non final game but 100% of the time it has eventually led to the tail grab final, which is the worst game. I both love and hate to see it.

Fall Ball feels like the ultimate luck game to me more than anything else, and it entirely comes down to "do you have more/less players on your team" and "are you on the team with more skilled players".

I had a 5 game losing streak on the game followed by multiple games in a row where I won by a double digit amount. It's all nonsense.

So I'm awful at the tail final. All tail games are bad but especially that one. I'm not even sure what I'm really doing wrong, I'll play with my buddies and see them grab the tail when not even close to the guy, meanwhile I'll literally grab the tail player, get the grabbing animation and even see that circle that appears when you're grabbing someone, slow him down because he is being grabbed, and still not get the tail. I sent them a video last night when we were playing and they were just as confused as I was as to why I can never actually get the tail.

Anyway, yesterday in the 15 games we played, we got 9 tail finals, 2 hex a gone's, and 2 crown races, with the other 2 being games where none of us made the finals. Ridiculous. Apparently today's patch is going to lower the frequency of it, and I hope so because it's making me want to not play the game at all anymore.

Is it? All the comics people I follow are specifically saying the opposite, and while many good people and especially editors at DC are losing their jobs, the comics are still going to be fine.

We're probably going to lose a bunch of fringe titles, but a lot of the line has been bloated recently anyway. I can't see the main stuff going away.

I don't even pay attention during the memory game, I just follow where everyone else is going and it's worked every single time.

My views on the team games are biased because I've almost exclusively played as a group of 3-4 and it's a lot easier to coordinate on a voice chat.

Fall Ball is actually our favourite team game!

Up to 7 wins now. Hex-a-gone is my favourite game and I think I'm good enough at it now that I'm confident I can win everytime it comes up, which is seemingly never compared to Rumble Fumble, which is a bad game.

Slime Climb is fantastic. I can see where others have trouble but it's as simple as hanging back for a little bit and letting everyone else push and grab. After the first few obstacles it's a lot easier because everyone gets stuck together at the bottom.

The currency system is great and also very generous. I've boughten all of the regular items in the store every day and still have thousands of coins.

He's a former Twitch streamer who got banned for unknown reasons. It was speculated that there was something serious going down (he was panicking a lot during the end of his final Twitch stream) but we never found out what it was. He apparently is restarting his streaming on Youtube.

Regardless of whether you're meme-ing or serious, this is great.

Did you read the PC Gamer interview he did a few weeks back? It was very weird, got into no details, and his PR people stopped him from speaking multiple times.

It's all just so interesting.

I agree with Strife and some others here, it does annoy me a little bit. I see half a dozen topics every day that I glance over or don't even enter because I don't know/care about what they're about, and never once thought "oh hey let me go in there and make it be known that I have no idea what everyone is talking about". Seems like a waste of time to me.

Everyone has their own interests on this board and in each special interest topic this never happens, so it's interesting that it seemingly always happens in general news topics.

I think the worst part is that in the time it takes someone to enter a topic, read it, and post "who?", they could have easily googled the name and answered their own terrible question.

Twitter isn't even a zoomer app and Jake Paul is/was trending because of this event. This is far from the first time either have them have been trending. Even if I followed zero content creators I would have seen their names pop up multiple times before, which circles me back to my "I can't fathom" comment.

It's not specifically about watching. People retweet and like other's tweets, follow each other on IG, talk about other people. You also get exposed to it through creators shitting on them. Some of the Paul's songs are hilariously awful in a "I need to see this" way.

Honestly I don't watch a lot of Youtube anymore, but I did watch a whole bunch of No Jumper, Casey, and H3 when I did. I still follow their social media and therefore see who they interact with.

'It's Everyday Bro' is one of Jake Paul's songs that was everywhere when it came out because of how unintentionally hilarious it was. Worth a listen for sure.

I've never actually watched a Jake or Logan Paul video other than those aforementioned songs.

I actually technically was #1 last month as well, but you posted before the final day of trophies updated on the site, which ended up just barely putting me on top.
