There's a calendar in Maria's born from a wish scenario that shows a November starting on Thursday, which she says was from 10 years ago. Some peoples had worked that out to fit 1984, with the game taking place in 1994, but I suppose, that would also work for the game taking place in 1983, just shortly after Silent Hill 1.

It turns out you have an older sister that your parents never told you about. They called her Melissa and believed she died when she was a baby in a car crash in Germany. The body was never found but there was enough blood on the scene that the police said there was no chance she survived.

The whole affair was too painful for them so they never talked about it or brought it up. That's why you didn't know.

Turns out the police on the scene were incompetent, possibly French nationals and that the blood actually came from a red fox.

Your sister was found by German farmhands who assumed her to be abandoned and raised her as their own. Her name is Erika Gruder Aeschlimann.

She was a farmhand until adulthood, served in the army as a sniper for years and now builds and repairs Heavy Duty Bail and Press machines for industrial recycling of cardboard.

Somehow she by chance discovered the truth about all this as well as definitive proof that you are related. Probably due to the free time she has from covid.

She looked you up online and discovered as much as anyone can from public info.

She contacts you and explains the situation, asks if you want to meet up now that covid is over.

You think you might be the only survivor until you're saved by Barry using his really powerful gun. You then see a bunch of RE protaganists who tell you that that there are reports of 3 potential evacuation points that haven't been overrun yet. However communications are down so they are going to split into 3 teams and attempt to reach each one rather than put all their eggs in one basket.

No one evac point seems any more viable than the other. IT's a total toss up.

Dead Rising 1 had a well thought out time/inventory mechanic. High replay value. NPCs with some nuance and told a story. Most of the comedy was in the background.

Dead rising 3 and 4 had no attention to details, no replay value, really bad jokes, terrible NPCs, awful level design and music

You're ignoring the opening of RE3 flat out. You're ignoring the veteran Stars members who got bit

It's also okay to ignore that RE heroes if bitten were able to get a cure, but for snake that would be impossible.

Who bitten with the T virus got a cure?

My reaction to the topic is... if someone is discriminated against on the basis of their sexual orientation, the only important point should be that the discrimination happened.

What I feel is that by making the discussion about it not being a choice take center stage, it seems to me that an additional burden is created on the person being discriminated to prove that it's not their choice. I don't feel that something not being a choice should be a litmus test for not being discriminated against.

Think about what I said about religion. Religious identity is a class that is protected from discrimination. But how do you demonstrate that it's not a choice? Someone who is atheist for example could one day become interested in islam and decide to convert. Is it a choice for him or not? Well, it doesn't matter because regardless of whether nor not it's a choice, he has the right to not be discriminated against because of it.

Am I wrong in thinking that something having to be a choice actually could have the effect of weakening laws to prevent discrimination?

It's not even just about laws but society

"It's a choice" is basically a defense for religious people to justify God hating his own creation

Protests have been taking place in Polish cities for the third night in a row following the introduction of a near-total ban on abortion.

Abortion is now allowed only in cases of rape or incest or when the pregnancy threatens the life of the mother.

Demonstrators have defied coronavirus restrictions and freezing temperatures to protest after the judgement was enforced on Wednesday. The majority of Poles opposed a stricter ban on abortion.

Protesters in Warsaw marched through the streets chanting "freedom, equality, abortion on demand", the BBC's Adam Easton reports from the capital.

Many carried banners, with slogans including "My government is killing me", "My body, my choice" and "The revolution has a uterus".

An October ruling by the Constitutional Court found that a 1993 law allowing abortion in cases of severe and irreversible foetal abnormalities was unconstitutional.

In 2019, 98% of abortions were carried out on those grounds, meaning that the ruling effectively banned the vast majority of pregnancy terminations.

The ruling provoked outrage from supporters of the right to abortion, fuelling protests that morphed into more general anti-government demonstrations.

Poland's conservative government, which has strong ties to the country's powerful Catholic Church, supports the ruling.

The court justified its ruling on the grounds that "an unborn child is a human being" and therefore it deserves protection under Poland's constitution which ensures the right to life.

There is anger over the way the ruling has been introduced, without a public or parliamentary debate and by a group of judges who are widely seen as loyal to the government.

Krzysztof Sobolewski, a senior official from the ruling PiS party, said the protests were illegal due to Covid-19 restrictions.

"People who organise these protests... should realise they are risking the lives of the participants and those close to them, because it threatens, God forbid, a new coronavirus wave," he told the state PAP news agency.

In RE Outbreak, the 6 protags were able to find and develop T-Virus vaccines, called Daylight, and also used it to kill the end boss Tyrant.

We know Snake is a master of procuring the needed items to survive. He'd get the vaccines prolly easier than the protags in the RE games. Him getting bit or infected in anyway would not stop him.

This Is more fanboyism "Snake would do it because he's so cool" is not an answer

You yourself just pointed out how useless Jill was when infected with the G and the T Is much quicker

Him getting bit would stop him just like it stopped everyone else

Police in Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture, have arrested a 52-year-old man on suspicion of indecent exposure after he dropped his pants in front of a 17-year-old high school girl, asked how she rated him and then paid her 3,000 yen.

According to police, Taro Yakabe, who is the manager of Hitachi Ltds planning division, approached the girl outside Shioiri Station in Yokosuka at around 9:30 p.m. on Nov 23 and asked if she would take part in a survey for which she would be paid.

The girl went with him to a nearby car parking lot where he dropped his pants. Yakabe then asked the girl how she would rate him on a scale of one to 10, and gave her 3,000 yen and left. The girl reported the incident to a koban near the station.

Police said that 30 minutes earlier, Yakabe did the same thing with another woman, in her 20s, and paid her 5,000 yen.

Police identified Yakabe through street surveillance camera footage and the girl's description and he was arrested on Thursday. They said he has denied the charge and quoted him as saying he was drunk and has no recollection of either incident.
