I find it hard to trust data from China, personally.

I think we all have thoroughly believed that it was highly unlikely that asymptomatic spread happened though unless in extreme contact. It is why many felt children could go to schools and not be an issue as major vectors because they are mostly asymptomatic. That argument has been posed from the start. That, yes, you can spread as an asymptomatic but it was unlikely and even if you did it was likely going to be a lesser infection.

Of course, this is theorying, but I mean, the idea has been out there for months upon months now.

They sound super offended. But, who knows, maybe they just sound like that on the normal!

Anywho, what is the actual science behind the idea of participates that could reflect some sun rays from the sun to prevent warming. The article talks about how it is generally looked down upon from scientists and could cause a lot of problems, the person who linked it was obviously an anti-Gates person and insinuated Gates was trying to end the world. I of course think if Gates is behind it that it has some viability and could generally be a good idea, though I wonder how exactly we could regulate how much or to remove it when global cooling cycles come back.

Has anyone heard of this idea before or how viable it possibly could be?

Nobody cares. You read slanted twitters and huffington post and so on all day. You don't care about slant. You care about reading what you want to read. I could care less about your always offended crybabying.

I personally am interested in Bill Gates idea to stop global warming based on reflective particles in the atmosphere and the science behind whether it could or couldn't work. If you aren't, then that's cool. You can cry to someone else though about being offended I hardly care.

Cincy being ranked as low as they are this year is just another reminder that the current playoff is Power 5-only. At the very least they could expand it to 6, and say the top 4 P5 champs get in + 1 at-large + highest Group of 5/independent. I don't think anyone would cry about Oregon being left out, and there's almost always at least one P5 champ outside the Top 10.
Should be top 8, done by old bcs standards. No personal input. Each major conference gets an AQ, top non major gets a bid, and the rest are done by bcs computers.

they can't schedule Alabama or Ohio State so they schedule Tennessee

turns out Tennessee sucks now and the game doesn't help them
They can try and schedule whoever they want. The kicker is that these schools purposely don't try to schedule the supposed top dogs. And, if they were to beat the top dogs, they probably aren't that year precisely due to the fact they could beat them.

You forget when Boise St and TCU used to schedule powerhouses when they were in 2nd tier conferences. UCF the year they went like 12-1 played Penn State (who they beat) and lost to South Carolina. The year before that they played Ohio State. Then the year after the 12-1 season they lost to Penn State, NC State, and Missouri from scheduling hard. Thus, they stopped for awhile. Which led to years later them going 13-0 with a weak non-conference due to scaling back their opponents. They played Maryland in the big ten. Florida International and a sub Div 1AA opponent. Again... its the chicken and the egg scenario above. If they scheduled harder they would have made it but if they scheduled harder they likely would have had losses.

the basketball tournaments are more inclusive so if UCLA and UConn still win at the end of the day, at least you can't complain teams didn't have a shot

the problem is that it feels like those four have an inherent advantage over everyone else and don't need to do as much to get in, as Ohio State demonstrated this year

I mean Oklahoma finished 6th this year ahead of Cincinnati and they sucked
You do have a shot. Schedule stronger opponents and win. The problem is that it's schedule stronger opponents and lose and not have a chance or not schedule better and not have a chance because others did better in conference.

Oklahoma would probably beat Cincinnati by 50.

That's like saying the NCAAB was broken because UCLA won the championship 11 years in a row. Or because UCONN won however many in a row. Or because whatever or so on team was too dominant.

The system is to have the best teams play. If those teams earn it every year, they should be there. It's flawed, but not for the reasoning you gave imo.

Oh, but so you know what I am dealing with. The day after my girl asks her mother if she will pick up stuff from the store for her. She asks her to just let her know when she is coming, she will sanitize the card and leave it on the porch for her, and she can drop the groceries off on the porch and the card when done.

NOPE.

Her mother shows up with no warning, literally just walks straight into our house uninvited (number pad lock she knows the combo to), makes her daughter come give her the stuff personally... despite my girl screaming to leave the house she can't be in here or she will get sick... and her mother retorts "Come on... who cares. It's not like its a serious thing anyways." Refuses to leave for like 10 minutes. Goes to the store. Comes in again without invitation. Refuses to leave for 5 more minutes. Finally leaves.

Of course her mother also went to christmas stuff wherever also and so on. So, if she were to get it... yeah. My girl is wearing a mask 24/7 basically though and isolating mostly to our kids room out of the way, with my kid staying down stairs with me.

I'm not even sure if the GOP blocked it. It's hard to read exactly what happened, but what I read seemed to be that the Democratic house member who leads a committee of some sort denied it because the gop leaders didn't agree to it (not that they disagreed to it) and that you cannot send a bill with unanimous consent without agreement from both sides.

Not sure if that's correct but it is what I think I gleam from it.

So a RV bomb went off in Nashville. Some think it was trying to destroy an ATT building. It broadcasted a warning saying it had a bomb and counted down and eventually blasted. Likely it was on Christmas day and had the warning to try and not hurt any people.

It wasn't that it was a girl power scene. The problem with it was that it took you out of immersion of the film and made it cringe. Why would all the women for the girl power scene be in that area secluded to themselves to form that scene. I mean, were they segregating the battle field? The Eowyn scene was fine.
