I'm at a grocery store now, but I imagine it's pretty similar, probably just less stressful. It's really just working your way up the ladder and kissing ass where you can looking for promotions, before you get your own store to run. It's definitely not for everyone tho. That said I actually like to think shows ending is a good thing. I've heard that a lot of people get tired of the doing the same show for years, especially if it starts dipping in quality. Having a variety of projects under your belt is often more uplifting than just having one major one.
