I have a question for all you Cold Steel fans.

I'm kind of interested in this series, but I heard that this is part of another continuity or something like that. So if I just buy Cold Steel 1-4 and play through them, will I be lost, miss out on a lot of the story, or does it not matter too much?

You probably won't be lost but I highly highly recommend playing the Sky trilogy (at least FC and SC) first. One they're better games and two I do think you'll enjoy 4 more. Instead of the exposition dumps being helpful reminders/callbacks it might be confusing backstory.

probably not. the sequel disappointed me and the third one pretty much soured the whole franchise for me. I honestly can't remember any of the major plot details anymore.

this is board 8 so I'm sure American will win. not because we love America, but because we love voting for the worst answer in polls. brie is actually the worst choice here, but it's good on its own so board 8 will not vote for it.

the answer is of course dependent on what its paired with, but American is never the right answer unless it's grilled cheese

This is independent of the coin ship you can trigger when you finish a level under certain conditions.

This also sounds familiar to me too. Not on the Switch online version, but back on the original I remember hearing the "wrong music" play sometimes and then going silent.

I don't think this will kill theaters immediately. It's just going to make them a more specialized market. This might eventually lead to their irrelevancy in the future but I think people like the movies enough to not completely abandon them. They probably need some sort of governmental bailout though.

steelers definitely got lucky more than a few times this season (notably against the titans). still a good team but I think they're a full tier behind kansas city.

I actually think DQXI might be one of the most overrated games of this generation. Like it's GREAT obviously, but it's not better than DQVIII, and there are at least three JRPG's on the PS4 that I'd choose over it. It's only overrated in the sense that people call it the "best JRPG of all time" and such nonsense. Tim Rogers describes DQ as "bedtime stories" and I agree with that - they're comfortable, light-hearted, games that you can play for 30-45 minutes at a time and enjoy in a kind of lazy blissful way.

Awesome. I'm in Act 3 about to rivalry Sandlot and I have no idea how much longer the game is and I don't care to know.

I seem to be screwed as far as finishing the notebook, because apparently I missed Sully's first character entry.

Also "boning" equates to awkwardly kissing or holding hands I'm assuming!

I'm gonna have some serious "post-game melancholy" after finishing this I think. The current plan is to go back to Sky FC and SC and actually play through the 3rd for the first time, all the while hoping for some positive Crossbell news

I love how Thanksgiving tradition is to have perpetually mediocre teams play. I don't want to live in a world where the Lions/cowboys are defending super bowl champions on Thanksgiving day. (Yes I know that both of these teams were once upon a time very good, but not in my lifetime!)

I am not said extremest vegan user, but factory farming is messed up and people should definitely eat less meat. I'm vegetarian and will not be eating turkey. No judgment though.
