Im not sure if they do MLB but Streampass is the ultimate deal for sports. I pay $25 a season and I can watch every single NHL game from the home or visitors broadcast. They do NBA and NFL as well so they might do MLB.

I looked and they do MLB, UFC and a football pass that has matches from the best football leagues as well.
