I've got a 3rd-gen iPad Air myself - aside from the refresh rate and quad speakers, it's functionally identical to the 2018 Pro. It's held up pretty well so far and has largely replaced my notebook computers as my travel device.

I don't play a lot of games on it, but I really should.

I'm out shopping once every other week. Washable mask ready to go, nice-smelling hand sanitizer in the car, and both I and my clothes get washed as soon as I get back in.

Not taking chances with this. Not going to Walmart, and definitely going to limit my time in the local humidor (which thankfully is limited to one person).

Grandparents are higher risk so kids dont see them it's really not hard

Yeah, I am, especially the way things are going. I'm more afraid of giving it to others unknowingly. If I'm carrying the virus, I may not know it. I've already had a coworker survive the infection and suffer permanent lung damage. (No, death rate is not the only thing that matters.)

I make it a point to mask up, have a shopping plan, and go out every other week during slow hours. It may not prevent me from getting sick, but with a two-week delay, I can at least be reasonably confident I won't get others sick.

Fast food just isn't as easy as it used to be for me to get - when I was at the office, fast food was about the only option unless I made meals ahead of time, but now, unless I want a delivery fee, I have to get in the car, leave the complex, and either deal with a suicide lane or go alllll the way around five blocks just to get to the closest Burger King. More time and anxiety than it's worth for me.
