I remember like 10 years ago when my wife and I were just dating we'd go see a movie at like 11pm and then hit up IHOP at 1am afterwards.

Idk why but I really fucking miss doing that specific thing.

Same. Im thankful that we at least have streaming and other ways to watch movies at home in this day and age though. Id be broken hearted if I had to quit my main hobby cold turkey.

This time last year, I was staying across the street from a shopping center with a brand new movie theater, and a 24-hour bus route that'd take me to the heart of downtown for bar-hopping and back.

I miss it all.

  1. pee in a corner of the room, about two days ahead of time
  2. download a "baby cries" mp3 somehow.
  3. rearrange your furniture to be either as far away or close to your tv as possible, preferably in an awkward corner
  4. pour a soda on the floor where you're furniture now is, at least an hour ahead of time.
  5. watch movie, but do not pause it to pee. also play that crying baby mp3 at random
  6. catch about $30 on fire
