How about monthly, bi-monthly or whatever, the government holds a raffle/lottery where the winners get their student debt cleared. They pick 100...500...1000....10000 or however many people who bought a ticket and clear their debt. The tickets cost $10 or whatever price and you can buy as many tickets as you want. If 45 million people each bought 1 ticket, that's $450,000,000 in 1 month, $5.4 billion in year. Of course, some people are gonna buy more tickets and some will not buy any, but I think this is a viable option to make money. --- Brady will never receive a HOF vote.
