I used to be a mild/medium guy. I could handle worse, but i just preferred mild heat.
In the past year however, i have done a major u-turn.

My typical spicy dish order has gone from "just a little heat, please" to "MAKE... ME... BLEED!"

Physical books are a major issue (excuse the pun) for public libraries in the current situation.

A lot of people seem to think rules of distancing, not stopping for idle chat, and not touching everything in sight don't apply when they go to pick up a bunch of books for lockdown.

They also don't seem to realise how many other people hae been handling those books.

In big epics i always liked the idea of the follow-up being more about resolving the collective problems caused in the aftermath of defeating the villain. It seems silly that the conflict and associated issues are considered immediately and completely ended, just because the head bad guy is gone.

Also gives time to lay the groundwork for an ubervillain, or even hero-turned-badguy, in part three without that rushed "NEW VILLAIN APPEARS!" feeling.

Unfortunately, a lot of the time it just doesn't work well as a story, and people will see part two as being the weak point as a result.

TBQH, it sounds like they could have left this one in the oven a bit longer.

That said, unlike the previous games, the locations in the original RE3 weren't particularly noteworthy anyway.

I think they were trying to get away from the "Return to Hub Area" layout of the other games, and while it was probably right to avoid that, the resulting maps just weren't as memorable.

We're about to start a four week shutdown in NZ - basically, we're meant to stay at home at all times except for urgent medical services or groceries. Those of us that can work from home (even at a limited capacity) are, so that's what i'm doing. Frankly i don't think the work i am able to do remotely will give me enough work for the full term, but my employer is aware of that and i will still be getting paid.

Those that can't work from home are going to be able to access a government fund to make sure those unable to work will still have money to stay fed and housed.

A lot of nonessential services are temporarily shutting down entirely.

Countdown is for eight hours from now, so everyone here is on edge today.
