Depends on the food and type of spice.

I want pad thai to fucking hurt because it maintains flavor. Wings I prefer to keep at a hot-extra hot level because the sauce normally just becomes bitter the hotter you go.

Just a little pepper or nothing.

I'm fine eating spicy, I just don't prefer it.

Exactly. I hate that most crazy hot sauces have a smokey flavor. Just doesn't taste good to me. I like tangy stuff like mango habanero flavors. Hell I made a mango scorpion pepper hot sauce at home. Why can't someone sell something similar?

I like it as hot as you can get it. However, one day I finally will suffer unduly on the other end when I'm old enough. On that day, I'll back it down. Until then, it's a fuckin' party.

We talking regular spice or Indian spice? Because Indian spice is on another level of spicy. I love spicy food, but medium spice in Indian terms is like extra extra spice in American terms. I made that mistake when ordering Indian food for the first time.

I think I OD'd on spicy food within the last year or so, I don't sweat but now I start hiccuping a little sometimes.

I think the only time spiciness ever made me sweat was on a date at a Korean BBQ ages ago (my first time). Later times I was fine.

I used to be a mild/medium guy. I could handle worse, but i just preferred mild heat.
In the past year however, i have done a major u-turn.

My typical spicy dish order has gone from "just a little heat, please" to "MAKE... ME... BLEED!"

Lots of flavor, but to not to the point where it becomes unpleasant.

Usually just a drop of Last Dab will get my dishes where they need to be.

Not sure which variant of the Last Dab you have, but the Last Dab XXX is absolutely awesome in chicken noodle soup. Just a few drops will make it spicy but still have a TON of flavor from the pepper x.

I like my stuff a good bit spicy, every few weeks I'll spend about $40-50 on sauces from heatonist.com

Just try to handle this.
