I just recently got back into halo (last I played was when 3 was new), Ive always enjoyed CE a lot it; Its my favorite of the first 3 games.
So naturally when I found out I could play CE Anniversary on PC I was pretty excited.

Well needless to say, it disappointed me with its slough problems.

• The remastered audio is janky (bad sound balancing, and several weird audio loop glitches),
• the visuals were cool on their own but models didnt match collision especially in regards to landscape (youd try to shoot past a rock and hit the air, switch back to classic graphics and the rock is actually bigger than it looks in anniversary)
• The atmosphere of the original was totally ignored, some areas that were dimly lit and eerie in the original were bright as day in anniversary.

Those were my main complaints off the top of my head. So I ended up playing most the game in classic mode, which unfortunately they couldnt get that right either because 343 used gearboxs broken PC port for the base of Anniversary.
I was disappointed but it was still a good game.

Regarding Halo 2, back in the day I didnt like it as much graphically (looks somewhat clay-like) and the setting wasnt as cool to me, and I didnt care for the story. I overall still enjoyed the game though. Its been a long time since Ive played Halo 2 so Im approaching it openly.
Of course Im testing out Anniversarys graphics and my goodness it is so much better than CE Anniv. The audio is actually really good, I dont have funky ass collision issues where the new graphics dont line up with the old, the remade cutscenes are pretty cool, and the levels seem to stay true to the atmosphere of the original.
Halo 2 Anniv makes CE Anniv look extremely low effort by comparison. And my main grip about 2s aesthetics is a non-issue in Anniv mode.

Im really enjoying it.

Well, I found a name. Two actually, Officers Aaron Torgalski and Robert McCabe were charged with assault against Martin Gugino. But I can't find any evidence suggesting they previously kneeled at a protest.

Systemic racism is real and provable.
people of color are discriminated against by the system (hence systemic racism). The system here is the government and anyone who can abuse it for their benefit, like corporations/ businesses.
Systemic racism is statistically provable. Same examples but certainly not all of them are: 1) There are roughly 4x more black people in prison than white people. This isnt because more black people are criminals, its because of things like racial profiling by the police (which doesnt happen to whites), and because black people receive harsher punishments than white people.

Which leads me to 2) Black people spend more time in prison for the same crime. If a black person and a white person are both arrested for the same crime, like possession of drugs, or firearms, the black person almost always gets more prison time. Sometimes white people dont get any prison time for a crime that would have landed a black person in jail.

3) Black people are less likely to get promoted than white people. Black people are also less likely to get the job at all, even if they have the same degree and qualifications. AND if they do get the job, theyre most likely paid less than their white peers.
This one is a bit tricky because technically there are laws that say you cant pay someone less based on their race, but all an employer ha: to do is say based on the interview I felt like they were less qualified and theres nothing you can do because you cant disprove that statement.

4) This one is kinda a flip from the norm, some colleges have been caught prioritizing applications from people of color over those from white people. In other words, at some colleges PoC were MORE likely to get in. But hes the thing, the Trump Administration threatened legal action against colleges that do this, because as he said everyone deserves and equal chance.
That alone doesnt inherently sound bad. But the fact that the ONE time people of color had an advantage, it was shut down. But the government doesnt try to help when they have a disadvantage. Thats kinda suspect.

5) and this is the most egregious, based on population size, black people are nearly 3x more likely to be shot and killed by police.
People like to say that more whites are killed by police per year, which is only true because there are more white people.
But if you base it on percentage of population size, youll see that 3% of black people are killed by police vs only 1.2% of white people are killed by police. Thats a big difference!

So to answer your question of why people say its racist to say white lives matter, its because white lives have never been treated like they dont matter by the system. But currently black people are being treated like they dont.
Ignoring blacks when theyre struggling, THATS the part that makes phrases like white lives matter, blue lives matter, and all lives matter racist. White lives and blue lives arent struggling from systemic racism. They dont need the extra help, Black lives do.

It would be nice to shut down ALL forms of racism. And I dont think taking a serious step against systemic racism is a bad place to start.
