In 2020, Mario Galaxy 2 is worth 53.07% on Portal 2. In 2015, Mario Galaxy was worth 54.19% on Arkham City. In 2020, Mario Galaxy 2 is worth 56.37% on Arkham City. So yeah, I'd wager it hasn't changed much. Actually, in most 2015/2020 comparisons, it comes out looking worse! But you can chalk that up to general 2015 wonkiness. --- |

I'd argue it was Portal 2 because otherwise you have Sonic 2 fighting tooth and nail with Galaxy 2 and hanging 45% on Persona 5. Which I guess isn't entirely impossible, but I wouldn't bet on it! --- |

She's definitely into it so far, but she was into Mr. Robot until season 2 killed her interest, too, so we'll see! Thankfully, season 2 of The Expanse is really good, so hopefully, she'll stick with it! For me, it's interesting seeing all of this stuff with the benefit of hindsight and knowing where all of this is going. --- |

People didn't like the Wii by the end, so the Galaxy games end up mid-tier. People love the Switch, so Odyssey does well. But yeah, Snake is the lock for MVP in 2006. He may have lost to Samus in the main bracket but he made up for it by eliminating Sephiroth in the Battle Royal. I always hated the fact that 2006 set up Zelda/Aerith rather than Zelda/Tifa because I was convinced from day 1 that Tifa would be stronger than Aerith. Zelda was totally wasted in 2006 (as were a lot of characters because of the male/female split, but still) Sonic's 2006 run was fun because you had a lot of people hyping up the Vincent/Ganondorf winner to knock him off (R.I.P. Heroic Mario), and very few people were picking him to beat Crono even though he barely lost to Mega Man and Crono barely beat Mega Man the year before. Vincent put up a heck of a fight, and then he 60/40'd Luigi. But that Sonic/Crono comeback was magical, even if it was Crono having a bad year more than anything. Sonic has been the laughing stock of the Noble Nine most years, so it was nice for him to get his due one year. --- |
