The 2001-02 Red Wings was basically an All Star roster, even without Hasek. Sure he was amazing, but I don't think you can call him the only reason they won the cup

People bring this up a lot, and I say stack up Haseks playoff year compared to any year Osgood was in net during playoffs. Hasek was on another level, even with all of the talent. If I'm remembering correct, he had a 3 shutout playoff series. 3 of 4 wins he allowed no goals. He was just automatic, like Greg Maddux pitching when he was entirely on point.

Imo, as a realistic fan, Brodeur is the best goaltender in NHL history. I take Brodeur in a one game situation. I think overall it would be Brodeur, Roy, Dryden, Hasek.

For real, in the early 2000s the only reason why Detroit wins a cup is because Hasek was godlike in net, had at least 1 shutout in every round and flat out stole games Detroit had no business winning. He was on an unbelievable tier.

I try not to leave food out in the kitchen at night just so this doesn't ever potentially happen, bears live around here, I have only seen one in 10 years but they are around. I find 3 if you want a more casual experience, especially with friends and whatnot and you aren't looking to be real competitive. 4 is probably the best standard for competition and strategy.

It might spark a youthfulness back into your current cats. The jealousy thing tends to be more of a dog issue, as stated above, i've had cats all my life and there was never a problem with the older cats in the home when we brought new ones in. They might hiss and growl at them for a couple weeks but they will iron out their differences in time. They won't turn their back on you, I can say that pretty confidently.
