I loved Jimmy Smitts in the role, and he brought a really interesting dynamic to the show, just when Dexters routine was getting a little stale. Jimmy Smitts was definitely good, I don't know why I didn't enjoy the relationship between him and dexter the first time around. And yeah I wasn't a fan of stuff after the 4th season. The discussion happens throughout the process. Maybe the candidate has all the credentials you want, they aced the phone interview and the technical interview. So they already know the candidate is good and want to hire them and just need to check their personality. Also, if the candidate worth hiring for you then theyre worth hiring for anyone. All of the music I liked was from Europe so Id have to wait weeks for a cd before I could listen to it. Then Id get it and listen to it for months. That doesnt happen anymore. I've got about 320 hours in the game and I still enjoy it. And if you do that I recommend looking up how to add custom songs as well, I've got about 500. --- Metroids Suck |

They were clearly splicing whatever sound bytes they wanted together to tell the story. I also completely agree that it was also way too long. Definitely could have been done in fewer episodes. That being said, this stuff is my most hated genre of TV and the main reason I watched it is because everyone else wanted to watch it and its necessary in this social climate. --- Metroids Suck |
