Anyway, I fine-tuned the E string as far as I could turn it. It wouldn't go any further, and it still wasn't right. So I decided I probably needed to adjust the peg in order to tune it. I figured loosening the string was less risky than tightening it. Well.... now when I try to re-tighten the peg on the neck, it doesn't hold in place. It keeps loosening itself back. I notice the other pegs are firm in place -- I'd have to apply a good amount of tension to move them. But now this E peg rubber-bands back into place whenever I let go. Like, it's a feeling I would liken to physical pain, and it's going to come out if I don't go take care of it soon enough. But I have a co-worker who says he hates when people take a dump on the clock, and he always waits until his shift is over.... like what the fuck? Our shifts are 11 hours. And for him to not feel sympathetic about needing to take a dump, and thinking it's something that can wait for hours.... .... I imagine the feeling of holding in poop must feel different for him? Maybe it doesn't feel as bad for some people as it does for me?
