i really only shop at one walmart for pretty much all my needs except for my medication. i think the security team or the guy watching the camera don't even bother with me anymore cause i'm there so often. a lot of times i don't even use the plastic bags and just walk out and the security guard doesn't even hassle me.

That shouldn't be a "variable". The police should have a city/county wide protocol for handling open-carry firearms. Even if the difference in response is due to ignorance instead of racism, that's still a major failing by the officers of the department.

Plus, it's not like we need aneceotal evidence to prove extreme racial bias in the justice system. First time black offenders are much more likely to receive harsh punishments than first-time white offenders, and if you take a cross-section of any particular grouping of criminal record punishments, there pretty much always harsher for blacks.

Lets face it, gamers have a reputation, and if this gets more people interested and increases the talent pool its a good thing.

are they planning on having this thing attended by fans? the majority of gamers are male so that's going to happen anyway when they buy tickets to watch them play. unless they are planning on making this an all female thing which would be disastrous.
