fuck those cops. I read the article and it just made me more sympathetic to the victims. Those cops fucked up big time and now they are trying to cover up their incompetence. Instead of whining about an innocent man getting out of prison let's wonder why these cops aren't stripped of their badges and put in prison

I also like how they try to make the focal point the fact that they released the alleged drug dealer. So, they come in, guns drawn shouting, dont announce who they are beforehand, and this guy cant attempt any sort of defense after being caught off guard, because of what was likely some pills and maybe some coke. Yet at one time there were people defending someones right to shoot at a kid who knocked on his door to ask for directions because he was scared. Hmmmm

Didnt that article say no drugs were found? The cops were possibly only serving an arrest warrant.

They wouldn't use a gun anyways because they need the person alive to collect. But in a lot of places they are allowed to enter without a warrant and can rough them up.
