Duh!" I ask what evolution has to do with Valentines Day, and she says "Things change over time. And google says that it wasn't made up by Hallmark, so you're wrong." Like this morning. I have to get on a 4 lane highway to get my kiddo to school, but after the highway is a 4 or 5 mile stretch of single lane. The speed limit is 65. This dude pulls out in front of me after I've already reached the speed limit. He could see me because I could see him. Even had my headlights on. It was close enough that I had to stomp the brakes to avoid hitting him. He then proceeds to go 45 mph the entire duration of the 65 zone, when the speed limit dropped to 50 he went down to 30. I couldn't pass because of oncoming traffic. People like that shouldn't be driving, period. --- |
