This is mythical. Games fit the score system. The score system doesn't fit the games. You can't just declare that the average game is a 5/10 or whatever because that requires a definition of what the hell the average game is, across all genres, price points, etc.

It's strange to me because, what would the logistics be? The Head Doctor seems to be well known and drew a huge crowd to talk about Locacaca. He's evidently senior over the other project members. How long would Tooru have had to been in deep cover?

The simple answer is being a rock human, Tooru's older than he looks, but wasn't he in school with Yasuho? The other doctors have no reason to give leadership to a young guy, and would've had no reason to pursue him either so he couldn't strong arm his way in. And according to his speech, Tooru is interested in electronics and free energy, not medical supplies. There was some weird face melding going on in this chapter, and I wonder if Tooru's stand can be sort of "worn" like Diver Down. It's hard for me to believe that HD can be both fully Tooru's stand, not bound by the physical world, and also carry around a Rock Insect and melt through walls with it.

Oh and Tooru had a picture of this HD, which shouldn't normally be possible, as shown by Shakedown Road.

It's only a handful of verbs (and verbs that contain them like reconocer for conocer) with these exceptions that are common, and these verbs are consistently exceptional, so it's not like lots of different verbs are exceptional only in specific conjugations.

You can figure this all out in a semester of immersive Spanish. There's no rule to my knowledge that distinguishes the pronunciation of 'though' and 'through.' You just have to know that shit because English is sadistic.

You can speak good Spanish by knowing a handful of important conjugations, and those conjugations are consistent across all verbs, and exception verbs are consistently exceptional. Spanish also has very consistent sounds which is integral to understanding the language.

In English, the pronunciation of words correlates only vaguely to the letters that compose them.
