Well as the intro of Chapter 11 1-E explains, it's been over three months since CT. Replacement bodies aren't typically a big deal since it's a battlefield scenario. Even XM3 in Chapter 10 got a replacement body with no fanfare.

Exodia echelons are fun but they're really only good for farming and/or memes. You're putting all of your proverbial eggs in one basket when you make an Exodia formation. I have no comments on meme echelons otherwise; the sky is the limit there as long as it's just for messing around. They won't hold up so well in serious fights.

Maybe IWS, but don't some top CT rankers use double jupiter echelons (as per the one brought up here) to handle some of the tougher battles there? I started playing once the Valhalla event finished up, which was kinda unfortunate since that means I don't have the meta-breakers in Jill and Dorothy. Though at the same time they seem to have a habit of introducing strong unique HGs with each new story event, not to mention Calico is probably at the top of the list of 'most unnecessary Neural Upgrade ever' seeing how she's pretty much ubiquitous for several powerful team comps. Still waiting on that LWWMG Mod for EN lol

As the WD event is wrapping up I thought I'd just put in a few rounds of 5-7 farming but ended up just buying her from the shop rofl, that's probably my unluckiest streak in awhile. I typically end up not using dupes across my teams though, so that was probably unnecessary, but HGs gonna HGs I guess

Well based on the rewards listing they're story-only chapters and only give batteries/callibration tix lol, not much difference to rushing them

It's all night battles to go with the theme, but there's just six maps which aren't too difficult overall - The last map has a recommended echelon level of 14000 and they all only have a handful of battles. The last two levels that'll open on the 31st should simply be 'solution' story chapters with no battles which you just clock in for their completion gifts.

For dailies I typically just stick to manufacturing and equipment enhancements, aside from the odd checking of logistics and sims/skills. Still nice to be able to get more for less, of course.

Could be better than expected if they do like the last few events and make each stage give up to maybe four-five drop checks

Though at the end of the day it's just a concession for the really really unlucky, in practice it's likely most players would have gotten a drop of each doll in a particular rarity before getting the full set of medals lol, after all the Dolls will still drop as per normal

Though the main catch being they differed the medals required between the Doll rarities. At least that means you can basically just farm the first few of a set and buy the last one.

The chapter names appear to be references to Sherlock Holmes books, which greatly amuses my mystery-novel addict inner child. Though, as I grew up I ended up gravitating more towards Agatha Christie.

Also Veiled Macaw is a S-tier waifu pet

I think of those Limiteds I have uh, Hoxy and Klin? Probably still won't bother farming the others.
That aside while Hoxy's always a nice pickup for newer players she doesn't seem as universally useful these days with Python and to an extent Stechkin competing for her slot in a lot of the stronger team comps.

My final event ranking score just hit the borderline 30% for the 11-30% cutoff lol, wasn't really aiming for that but it sure ended up being a lot closer than I was expecting haha


Random side bonus: Managed to hit maximum dorm powah thanks to the extra lootbox furniture since I don't roll the furniture gacha enough to get complete 5* sets

Endgame as in your teams? Prioritize gaining dummies and remember to use pills to max your stats, level 90 with x5 links and a decent skill level is basically endgame-ready. Swap to relevant 5* equip when you can.

I've never had a problem resupplying when the mission starts, since that always comes before planning the autobattle route. The map's not long enough to run out of resources, either. Kinda odd.

I've seen it happen once or twice but I chalked it to a wonky misclick setup that I did wrongly while not paying attention, never seen it happen again for a good while now

Chapter 5's already out insofar as I read, the level 80 team req was for chapter 5. Rather the main issue being Yuzhong was forced to cut work on it due to the Coronavirus so the rest will conclude in Chaper 13.

I'm guessing that there's some achievement for hearts collected though. You've seen how crazy some of them are, like lose several thousand battles or something...I'm willing to bet (but also too lazy to search) that there's one for collecting like 100,000 hearts <_<

Well yeah there are a few, though they mostly just give a small handful of tokens, snacks, and commander exp so I don't stress too much about them
You can check them in the Dormitory Collection category in the Achievement Index, currently the highest achievement is for 50k hearts

Speaking of which I really wished that Arknights had a Collect All from Missions like GFL, lol
That said for GFL in my experience the dorm hearts don't even speed up the trust gain (which already rise at a decent clip daily) that much so I just ignore them for the most part, and if you -really- need to boost something up you can just give them cake

Destroying artillery points? You can either:

• Walk an allied unit onto their node
• using a HOC and then clicking on the turret you want to destroy (if in range)

Note that non-BGM HOCs have further reach, you can see what tiles they can support/hit when clicking on them.

Are you grinding for Python with just G11? I remember grinding for something (probably event points) by doing that many events ago.

Yeah, I did the run a few times with AK-12 as well; both her and G11 are pretty good for soloing the mobs in a timely manner whilst taking next to no damage.

The map for A-91 has a boss battle on the route so you can just use it to replace your daily Scarecrow runs until you get her, was what I did


(Also got Mk12 the moment I switched back lol)

This was my route for Python, partial map clear:

I haven't really seen it worth going for the extra node as per the guides; this hits all 3 drops on the map in my experience. At any rate, got my second Python, so doubt I'll run this map again.

Ranking's still fairly relaxed as of now, I'm at 11% with 250000ish points which is a slightly lower roll for the Pacifist run

Quicker than expected at 27 runs. 3-9 farming seemed a much bigger drain on resources and time overall, so I just did the partial 1-9 run - It's also just a two-click plan-restart which was nice for just running in the background while I do other things.
Now I can finally reunite Cano and Ceno in style

Welp, finished the event, that was a pretty wild ride
I can see why it was said the harder CT maps made them revamp the difficulty in future events though, although the most annoying ones are really the obtuse gimmick ones and the Typhon maps (My Typhon gunboat game is still pretty weak because I have butterfingers so I just play tag with them lol), all of which are Chapter 3

I kinda dig that the Ranking map has a Pacifist hidden achievement lol, muh sam fisher/snake gameplay


That aside, randomly finally got a Groza while doing another one of the hidden achievements - Though of course I never really went out of my way to farm her in the first place in the other events

Seems like the box exclusive has higher rates than the others anyway, if my previous triple Ballistas were anything to go by... I kinda felt bad getting the exclusive early on in the raffle though instead of getting one of the others instead, though like this raffle I was only missing the shotgun (Which I didn't get back then either lol)

Slightly tangentially but for awhile I didn't realize Barrett was actually Redjuice's only piece in GFL, I was pretty sure Calico was also by him until I checked and it turned out to be Infukun

That aside I also stumbled onto Scarecrow pretty early on because I decided to do bad routes first, sort of a carryover of VN playing lol

I don't think I find night battles as bad as most people except for the ones where the target runs all over at random (Upon which I just fire up the wiki), though thankfully the last couple night chapters (And Singularity) had the boss simply stay on the enemy command node
Of course I also tend to use fairies a lot more at night (Airstrike, Taunt) to avoid taking heavy damage so I almost never do them without a nice stock of fairy commands

That said as far as Polarized Light is concerned I believe they mentioned that they were separating the actual hard maps as 'challenge maps' which are separate from the main story, which seems like a decent enough compromise - I'm not a fan of locking story content behind heavy grinding, even if GFL has made it much easier these days with the black market and the new starter mission achievements
