I had heart attack symptoms, left arm and fingers pain. Chest pains that were at times unbearable and hella nausea.

I went to different doctors within the span of 6 months and luckily all those different doctors told me that my heart was completely fine and that it was actually really healthy. But the thing is that they all told me different things that my problem could have been. Like one just thought it was anxiety and gave me some anti inflammatory pills. That didn't help me all that much tbh

Another one told me that it could actually be my stomach and that I may have gerd/acid reflux and gave me some pills for that. That actually helped me big time, so I'm inclined to believe that I have that. Especially since most of the most painful chest pains I had during this time was when I was lying in bed about to go to sleep. I gotta follow some basic lifestyle changes, like no more late night snacking at all since I snacked alot before bedtime. Gotta eat more stuff like bananas, yogurt, fish and lay off chocolate and laying down in bed after eating.

Basically I'm glad as fuck it wasn't my heart, during those 6 months all I was thinking about was "what's wrong with my heart?", "are those doctors lying to me when they said my heart is fine? My chest keeps hurting", "am I going to die in a year?" I just kept thinking how I was going to die within 5 years :/
