Look at what happened to the industry after Halo came out. There were waves of FPS games coming out, and FPS-like games. Did Goldeneye or Quake do that? I liked both of those games and both games were pretty popular. But they didnt change the industry. Halo's success brought about a paradigm shift in gaming. You guys are stating reasons you don't like the game, and saying there were other FPS before it. Congrats, that does nothing to refute what I said. --- |

Buying a washer/dryer is gonna run you like $800 minimum AND you still have to pay utilities to run it. I'm not even sure buying your own is a sound investment long term, tbh. Wear and tear on your machines might have them breaking before they break even, depending on how much utilities are in your area. Theres a convenience factor you're not taking into account. --- |

There were many PG movies that were on the borderline of R, some even containing nudity, while some PG movies were pretty tame. So they introduced the middle ground PG-13 which is usually a little more profane than PG allows but not super explicit like R. Or a little more sexually crude than a PG movie allows. So no, PG-13 was a pretty neccessary introduction and I dont think it's redundant at all. Now E10+ for video games I thought was redundant. They already had a rating for children's games (EC) and a rating for teens before mature (T). E was perfectly in the middle. Dunno what E10+ accomplished. --- |
