My wife pays for Prime for her shopping. There's a near-100% chance that will be kept by default. We like HBO but we've seen pretty much everything on it. Their original series are great, but Band of Brothers is about the only one I'll revisit regularly. Want to keep it for Silicon Valley, Curb, and Barry for the most part. Maybe the next True Detective. I barely watch Hulu but my wife likes Grey's Anatomy, ER, and Handmaid's Tale. Kids mostly watch Netflix children's content, but they could just as easily get on the Disney stuff. We try to limit their screen time so they're not watching much to begin with.
