Etc etc And while I found Wildlands enjoyable it was still mediocre in a lot of ways, so they basically took a mediocre game and made it more mediocre in order to appeal to a broader audience, losing anything that made Wildlands special in the process. Everything feels half-hearted or confused, or outright poorly implemented - which I've heard others say they believe is attributable to the microtransactions they had planned. The game lacks an identity, where Wildlands barely had one to begin with. They watered down a watered down product. I know this all makes it sound like I hated Wildlands, but I had a lot of fun with it despite its obvious flaws. Wildlands is a lot better in co-op, and so is Breakpoint, but where Breakpoint is failing for me is Wildlands is a diluted tactical experience, but it's a tactical experience just the same. Breakpoint threw any semblance of tactics out the window in favor of this half-baked, cookie cutter loot drop RPG experience, and the game is absolutely worse off for it. It's like they were trying to make some Division/Wildlands hybrid, but made a game that is worse than both of those games. I liked The Division a little bit. But I genuinely enjoyed Wildlands as a co-op game. Breakpoint in its current state is hot garbage. No idea how much I played RDR 2 because there's no hour counter as far as I could tell, but I played a ton of RDR 2. Game is phenomenal. Odyssey is fun, but RDR 2 is on a higher level of fantastic. Not sure where you get the notion that Rockstar doesn't support their singleplayer.
