Dude might have an annoying voice, but he is all about sticking to his code and I respect that. The episodes of him grieving Yusuke in the beginning were fuckin awful(in a sad way), along with him getting beat up every day so his friend wouldn't lose his job. And when faced with his own death, he didn't back down, not a single time. People show you who they truly are when faced with death and Kuwabara was a man through and through

Naruto when he defends Sasuke against the hidden cloud ninja seeking revenge on Sasuke and gets his ass kicked in return
Yu Yu Hakusho Kuwabara not fighting anyone so his friend doesn't get fired from his job in the beginning episodes
One Piece Luffy not fighting Sanji or defending himsef, Luffy struggling against Magellan, Hannyabal not giving up vs Luffy, many examples from this show

I know most banks get the money late on Thursday or something, which then makes it available friday morning, but most banks will probably be closed on black friday or operating with minimal staff, and with Thursday being Thanksgiving, it seems like it would make sense for paychecks to be available on Wednesday
