Hinokuma Ran is the other best member of Animare. You may have noticed she was the one controlling the cameras in Ichika's 3D stream i linked a while back. Hardly a singer like Ichika but just as fun as her and also cuter? That said, IRL she is extremely unfit and nearly died after like 5 minutes of Ring Fit Adventure, the big fad game that was all over the scene until today with pokemon's release.

Vivienne Kensington, or Vivi for short, is a singer/guitarist who covers all sorts of songs. I didn't know about her till a month or two ago when somebody else linked her on a server I'm on, and I still haven't listened to much from her but generally like what I've heard.

Coincidentally also a singer/guitarist, this Manjuu bear is one I found myself roughly 8 months ago, and you can kind of tell she's been around since then since she uses VRChat. A dying breed. She's a songwriter herself, and her songs are largely in this vein, occasionally with sillier lyrics though. She's nowhere near as active as I wish she was but has released several albums, including one with all the songs she's made since adopting this bear persona.

The other failing idol in hololive. She was in a semi-independent group before joining. Which is to say, yes, she did not start as part of it officially or unofficially. Since she made the jump, she... has done virtually nothing music-wise besides karaoke streams, but that's fine because she's also godly at tetris and other things. Or rather had done, since there's this now. She's been starting to get some traction lately. Might even pass AZKi by next year.

Hoshi no Meguri is the other main surviving member of the group Ruri used to be part of. They're really good friends and formed this unit recently, starting with this cover of a song from official REALITY-based group KMNZ who are also pretty good. The original song is very heavy on editing so i don't consider it nearly as good though.

Contrary to the name, this is very hetero. I was very surprised when I saw this group also form a week later. Not just because it came fresh off the debut of Megururi or even because she'd never interacted with any guys prior besides Fukuyamaster, but because I'd actually seen this guy with 10 subs before. He doesn't have an animated model so I had no idea he was even a vtuber, but Mashiro-sensei aka Yuri is a great singer and person in general.

The Hanayori Jyoshiryou are a relatively new group that debuted right when noms for this started. They've managed to avoid being totally shut out of the scene mainly thanks to having Kano, noted utaite and anisong singer in general who goes by the same name outside this group. They're especially successful in China on Bilibili, where Kano just used her existing account with 400k followers. In the 3 months since debuting as a vtuber, that's over 600k now, and the rest are all within the top hundred vtubers on there too. Hareru's top 20. Anyway... Kano song I picked is of course another Hated By Life Itself cover. Hareru cover is some song that is half in Chinese to appeal to the bilibili crowd. No, the cat ears aren't normally there. All three of them have covered the song Hitona sang and I recommend checking those out if you like hers. Their face tracking is extremely wonky by comparison though. There's a fourth one, Nonono, but she hasn't done anything solo besides the extremely corny debut song all of them had variations of. I don't recommend that, I'm sure you'd give them a 2 or 3 at best.

Yeah, i deliberately excluded the other one. As well as any of Ayame's covers. The song I linked is far more in line with the other songs NoiR does anyway. Incidentally, if you're interested in that kind of stuff, which you may be if you gave it a 7.5, there are night music streams that run from around midnight to 7am-ish japan time every night with playlists of other songs they've done. They get made private or at best unlisted after that so it's likely you didn't see any.
