Sabbath started metal but Priest defined it and gave it the alchemical spirit that's led to so many subgenres since. Best is subjective but for my personal tastes I'd go with Satan (aka Blind Fury, aka Pariah). Every single release up to present day has been top-tier. It's better on subsequent play throughs since you know what not to waste time on until completion is actually possible.
