I disagree. Dark Dawn is slightly worse than both GBA games but keep in mind that

1. It's versus two games instead of one
2. The only major issue is the ponrs

The combat and gameplay is mostly unchanged.

Overworld and exploration
The writing and story
Graphics
Combat became much easier

IMO it's a pretty steep drop in all of those regards except maybe the soundtrack, where it's not as bad a decline.

It does have a decent soundtrack (though still not as good as the first two)

The visuals look great in fights and AWFUL everywhere else.

The story is bad. The puzzles are not challenging or satisfying.

Overall it is an underwhelming game with some redeeming features.

The first two games are some of the best games ever. (Yes, they are that good)

3 in March then September for fire /leaf then April for emerald.
4 in April, then March for platinum, then March for gold /silver remake.
5 in March then October for the sequel.
6 in October, then November for sapphire and ruby remakes.
7 dropped in November both times.

Counting the opposite pairs as one game, only the latest 3 pairs of games dropped in November. I was expecting September for release.

Ruby/Sapphire: November
Emerald: September
FR/LG: January

HeartGold and SoulSilver: September

Pokemon has almost always been released in September or November, with a few releases happening in some nearby months. The only one with a really weird release month was BW2 in June.

My post was about the US release dates. I'm assuming you used the Japanese.

Yeah I think the japanese ones are more relevant tbh, because ever since they've synchronized the releases globally in 2013 it seems to have been following the release patterns the series has always followed in Japan

If you're wondering why there's such a fuss about being gay, realize that it's not our choosing. It was imposed upon us by hateful straight people who decided to stigmatize gay people. The fact that we have to explicitly reject that stigma in venues like Pride marches is a DIRECT RESULT of straight people making a fuss out of us being gay.

So if you don't like how much we talk about gay issues, take it up with the homophobes who decided to make it a problem in the first place by stigmatizing us for being gay, rather than with us for speaking up about it.

This one youtube channel has made hundreds videos prior to and after Captain Marvel's release about how awful Brie Larson is, and they got more views than his other videos on average. It's clear there is a contingent of nerds who hate her and enjoy talking about how much they hate her.

If too many people are struggling, then it's your responsibility to fix it or ditch the feature. It's always on the designer to make things clear. If a bunch of people are messing up, you can't just go "well people are dumb," it's still your responsibility to fix the problem.

Truth. As a UX designer it's very frustrating sometimes but I nonetheless recognize that it's my responsibility to make sure the user understands how to use it. If too many users are struggling, it's on me to make it clearer to them, or reassess the feasibility of what I'm trying to implement.

The bats are usually a lot better than what you described. I've gone to see them three or four times and they always were flying out like 100 per second. Maybe May is a bad time of year to watch them.

I don't think you're homophobic. I definitely don't expect straight people to be into gay porn or sex scenes lol. I'm usually not into sex scenes in movies at all (definitely not in video games). But bringing up gay sex and lovemaking and how you aren't into it was kind of weird when the topic was gay romances in general (like Mr Ratburn for example, who wasn't shown having sex lol)

And for those depictions of romance, I don't see why straight people would find it hard to relate to.

The fact that it's gay characters doesn't mean straight people can't still relate to.

And I feel like I should explain something about gay people.
There's this thing with gay people where people think that because your orientation is a sexual thing, that therefore gay content is inherently sexual. But there are more levels to relationships than just sexual ones. A lot of straight people don't even realize it because they are never forced to think about it consciously, the way gay people are. When a straight man casually mentions his girlfriend, people don't pause to think about him being straight. But if a gay person mentions his boyfriend, everybody listening pauses and goes "oh, so he's gay" in their minds.

And for some reason, possibly because they haven't spent much time around gay couples, some people start imagining the person having gay sex when that happens. lol. I've been asked several times if I'm a top or bottom after somebody learned I was gay. And I'm like "wait does your mind just go right to picturing me having sex when you found out I'm gay"

But for people who just think of gay people in a sexual light because they haven't spent much time with gay people, I guess I can't blame them for where their mind goes as long as they don't make it obvious. I mean sometimes I do it too if I hear a couple is going to have a baby. Sometimes my mind wanders into the imagery of them having sex for some reason lol. But at least I know there's way more to their relationship than just that, whereas a lot of straight people don't consider anything but the sexual parts of gay people's relationships
