We call it sammanskrivning (writing words together) and srskrivning (writing words apart) and it can greatly change the meaning of a phrase if done wrong.

Yeh the employer has to I think at most workplaces be able to offer 4 week paid vacation during summer months. Tho you still ise your vacation days.

Yes you usually have a right to 20 work days off in a row in the period June-August.

Swedes under the age of 40 tend to have 25 vacation days per year.

Very extreme! Considering the way the whole thing went down I kinda hope the criminals miscalculated the power of the explosive and made it stronger than planned. Because if they made such a powerful explosive just to scare someone then...

Yeah, but for me it doesn't feel like the south xD. I live in Nykping, but I'm originally from Sdertlje (we left there in 2001). I guess it's also about perspective, you coming from the north and all hehe.

But yeah it's weird with this explosion, I passed that area several times driving to campus US/hospital.
It's not even a "bad place".

Yeah people from Mlardalen tend to think they live in Middle Sweden even though its like the southern third And people from the southern third count 60% of the country as Northern Sweden haha.

And yes, it is not a poor or bad neighbourhood at all.

Eurovision is a show where established artists get chosen to represent their country with an original song so it is rather different from Idol, X-Factor, The Voice and so forth

He got musical and vocal talent but as I wrote above - the musicians in Eurovision are already established artists and many who finish in the top sing better than him. But they are vocally trained so you cant compare them fairly. Kate from Australia is a professional opera singer for example and her vocal acrobatics are insane. He got potential to become really good though if given practice.

Because I doubt anyone else over there in Britain could have come much further with the Brexit mess. The whole thing is a massive failure by the UKs entire ruling political class but its of course easier to pin everything on one person.

So putting us in the "Turning left again" category is a massive oversimplification bordering on downright false.

And M lost even more. But I admit the national move to the left was more apparent in 2014s election. SD did grow, but less than polls predicted for once. We must also remember that even though SD itself is a far-right party, a large chunk (close to half) of its base is Left-leaning except for on immigration which is an issue which exist beyond traditional Left-Right politics to be honest. The rural SD voters arent exactly fans of tax cuts and the free markets - they want the S policies of the 50s-70s.

The reason Alliansen as a whole made some gains was mainly because C grew and Cs new voters lean left (many are disappointed Greens). Annie Lf and her closest circle lean right on taxation and worker rights but the party lean left on a load of issues and the reason C formed a new Alliance to the Left is because around 90% of their base wanted the party to go left in a poll the party did during the Government negotiations. C and L are both centrist parties at their core so they cannot be included in the Right and only started working with M back in 2003-2004 since Reinfeldt moved M left towards the centre.

And at the end of the day: A left-leaning PM who isnt super popular got re-elected and the 3 Right-wing parties are very marginalised in Riksdagen. So the SocDems played their cards very well.
