Dont hate on them. Theres no beer Ive found that matches the flavour. Closest Ive had was Pacifico Live Life Anchors Up But its still about a mile away in flavor.

They're my favorite inexpensive macro beer, it actually has a good taste while still being light and easy to throw back in large quantities

nothing wrong with Blue Moon, it's nothing fantastic but it's a step above most other macrobrews

For stuff that's easy to find, check out Devil's Backbone Vienna Lager. If you can pop into a craft store, check out stuff like Founder's Breakfast Stout, or if you want something with a really good taste and are willing to spend some coin, check out La Fin du Monde

it's possible you did nothing wrong. they typically look for someone that's both personable, persuasive or even pushy about upselling and closing the sale. Long time commission sales fella here. Typically the scene is easy to break into. If you've got a car dealership near you bet money they'd hire you lickity split.

this ain't a bad idea, whether you want to do sales, or you could leverage your cashier experience to be a service cashier (which is absolutely nothing like retail cashiering FYI, it's more like ringing people out when they're picking up their car, some minor accounting, filing and admin stuff, etc. I did that and was promoted to the service lane within a year so it's not dead end either)

yeah, pure commission sales jobs suck, unless it's for something highly specialized and niche.

very competitive at times, and your income fluctuates wildly depending on who walks through the door. plus you can be the best salesman and still have a shit month and not hit your quota, which means that might dip into your supervisor's paycheck, and once you fuck with their income they're more likely to treat you with hostility or even just can you outright

been there, done that, never again

They could be pushing for the left wing party/accelerationism

I think they're being open about it because it promotes distrust and instability in Western democracies, which Russia has historically wanted, as well as reinforces Putin's international influence which appeals to his base and his reputation as a strongman

https://www.yahoo.com/news/juli-briskman-flipped-off-trump-motorcade-loudoun-county-supervisor-board-virginia.html

WASHINGTON Juli Briskman, who famously flipped off President Donald Trumps motorcade in a viral 2017 photo, won her race Tuesday night for a seat on the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors in Virginia.

...

Briskman made national news in October 2017 when a White House photographer traveling with the president snapped a picture of her riding her bicycle and giving the middle finger to Trumps motorcade as it passed her. The photo went viral immediately, with late-night talk show hosts cracking jokes about it and people on social media hailing the unidentified woman as a she-ro.
HuffPost was the first to identify Briskman, who said in an exclusive interview that her employer at the time, government contractor Akima LLC, fired her over the photo. Briskman went on to sue Akima LLC.

Oil lights are nothing more than timers or simple oil level gauges. Even most oil pressure gauges are simple "you have it or you don't" indicators. None of that will tell you if your oil needs to be changed, is breaking down, is sludging, is contaminated with coolant or other fluids, etc.

Not done it but it's probably a decent gig as long as you're okay doing physical (and noisy!) work in all types of weather conditions for long hours. Some people aren't cut it for that so consider it honestly.

I don't mind physical jobs as long as they aren't back breaking constant labor like construction or landscaping. My current job in a dealership parts department has me manhandling lots of heavy stuff like engines, transmissions, PTOs, big clunky exhaust midpipes and mufflers, etc. I'm used to shitty unpredictable weather, you kinda have to be in the DC metro area lol

I imagine hearing protection and mastering hand signals would be a must

My friend says she can probably hook me up with a job doing refueling at IAD. It's a busy international airport so I'd be around big jets more than small private vehicles.

It's not something I ever saw myself doing, but I love planes and big machinery in general and it pays significantly more than my current job. She also says that once you're in they tend to look at you for transferring to other positions before they go through the hassle of a background check and training for a new hire - like she's doing maintenance on the underground trams now and she's switched positions 3 times in the past year and a half.

I'm itching to get out of my current job, so I'm gonna apply and see what happens. Just curious if anyone has done anything similar and what your experiences were.

Your car is slowly becoming immune to gasoline. Try putting in diesel every now and then to keep it confused.

Fun fact, you can mix diesel fuel in with the engine oil to clean out any sludge that's built up. It's a shit lubricant though so you have to change the oil entirely after that.

That's not a measure of how much fuel you put in the tank, but rather how far your car thinks it'll go based on you average fuel consumption.

In other words, your gas mileage has gone down for one reason or another.
