It's kinda pointless to be happy about it when they didn't make a try.
I mean, if they tried a rally and it failed , you can gloat in their face.
But when nothing happened, that's just tells Undertale is weak on gamefaqs, which really shouldn't be a surprise.

Don't you know that a true rally only strike when it's not expected.
If there is a rally it won't any we discussed pre contest.

The funny part is that if he had the same rally as against Mass Effect 3 , he would have won (I mean technically he would be missing a thousand vote but we all know how rallies work so he would have gotten them).

It's hopeless for Ryu, there is an unbeatable 500 vote barrier.
Since we has one ever been broken without rallies ?

Even ignoring anti voters (who probably wouldn't have voted Sans to begin with since they didn't play game since a decade), indie new games are one of the weakest possible thing on gamefaqs.
