I don't know about this case, but with Martin Shkreli, he literally gave his drugs away to people who couldn't afford them. He only charged that much to insurance companies I believe. And again, by making more money you're able to develop even more cutting edge drugs. It's not rocket science, its business. A lot of it is just your standards as a kid. I grew up lower middle class, and so I never felt that drive to really accomplish anything until after I graduated high school (with a 1.8 gpa) and got into community college. I realized I'd never be able to have my own place and manage a somewhat comfortable life unless I got my bachelor's degree.

So then I put myself through the most stressful part of my entire life...applying myself toward graduating in a major that would allow me to get a decent job. It was hell. I didn't understand math. I didn't understand shit. I hated school. But I did it all. I graduated. And I still have nightmares about it to this day.

If I can do it, so can literally any poor person. I had no education, little skills, and poor behavior problems when I took on this endeavor. Oh, and I had no money either. I worked 20-30 hours a week and shacked up with 2 other roommates in a cheap place while taking out student loans. Seriously, if I can do it, nobody has an excuse. NOBODY.

So if you can do something, then anybody can do that same something?
