every super hero story within a fictional mega city (in this case Spider-man does live in NYC) has its share of corruption within the legal system.

Batman is the most famous example of vigilantism taking matters into his own hands to help the city and the bright spot (Commissioner Gordon) within the PD.

Spider-man is doing the same thing, albeit without the vigilante tag. He's helping the GOOD GUYS and the people who need help.

Does Serena not have a muscular figure? Does she not have frizzy/curly hair? You want to argue the lips and nose, but again, even some of those Obama portraits have exaggerations to his lips, ears, teeth and other things.

I raise the question again; how is Serenas depiction here wrong and Obamas is OK?

And the argument about the judge being white and the opponent being white is totally not relevant. They aren't the focal point of the cartoon. If he re-drew Ramos and Osaka instead, does it really change the point of the image?
