The United States used to have the death penalty for rapists, before the Supreme Court struck that down. That's how seriously rape has been taken in the past, because you can't really make excuses for behaviour like this. You really need to want to do harm to another human being to even do such a thing.

The result will hardly change substantially, I might as well give closing comments. As usual, the question in the poll masks greater questions, and hoping to find those who could see through that. While it is encouraging a fifth of the board is not falling for consumerism, I expected a bit more. This is, after all, a board of "nerds," people who in theory should be a tad above the general populace. Alas, I am not convinced the results would be much worse if I asked random people. In the last decade or so, I have come to realise that a lot of people who appear intelligent are in fact hopelessly blinded and stunned into total submission by the powers pushing materialism, even more so than seemingly simpler, poorer people. A chilling realisation for sure, but I suppose the fight for freedom was never meant to be easy.

You cannot spend your life chasing happiness, that's chasing ghosts. Happiness is a state of being, not a goal. A journey, not a destination, as the saying goes. The truth remains that we need to be happy in order to be able to achieve great things in our lives. Happiness is the foundation we step on in order to thrive, to contribute to our own never-ending self-improvement, to our family, our society and our people. Life is not given to you solely for yourself and your own sake. Life is given to you so that you can raise happy children who will become productive members of your people, and to also otherwise contribute to your people's success. Of course, you must always work to also improve yourself, but that's not the end. That's a means so you can do a better job uplifting your people.

McCartney is out to save the planet. I should say his planet. After all, hes now a sir and part of the Big Club that George Carlin told us about. Like others in his rich and powerful strata, Sir Paul enjoys a luxurious lifestyle that includes private jets, yachts and mansions that presumably consume large amounts of fuel. McCartneys carbon footprint must be enormous, maybe even bigger than his fellow climate change huckster Al Gore. The Big Club owns most of the important land and large corporations as well as government. They own the Earth. Its theirs and they dont want the riffraff currently cluttering it up to prosper.

They want people to be poor. Poor folk are too busy spending all their time just trying to find shelter and put food on the table. The poor are easier to control through government handouts and dependence. In the end, the poor are also easier to exterminate.
