From the other topic: I agree that Zero-Two isn't a tsundere but only because she's a frankenstein monster built from disjointed waifu parts and isn't a coherent example for anything character-related.

For teasing specifically, Takagi is a good example and I'd agree she isn't tsundere either. I felt that Senjougahara often crossed beyond teasing into being downright mean, only to follow it up by being super sweet, and I've always figured that was textbook tsundere behavior. That said, I'll admit that I don't have an expert understanding of any of these character labels.

As was mentioned, the Ramen anime is trash unless you like watching people orgasm while eating ramen. Like, if you really want a food anime at least watch Kakuriyo from Spring because it has actual characters and plot. I have varying opinions on the rest of your list but I'd say they're all at least worth trying out.

I've finished all fifteen episodes of Bakemonogatari. There's still a bunch more to see, obviously, but based on this first season it looks like pyresword was right in guessing that I wouldn't hate it but that I would like it less than most other people here. Everything about it was definitely interesting and I'm excited to continue (I'll probably watch the Kizu movies this weekend, even) but a whole bunch of things didn't quite resonate with me. Slight spoilers will follow but nothing so blatant that I feel like tagging anything (with one exception).

For one thing, while the animation style was unique with all the cuts to text frames and weird angles and the like, for the most part I would've preferred something more standard. That said, there were times when the style worked and at those times it really worked, so I'm looking forward to seeing if the later seasons keep the same style and maybe smooth out the edges into something more consistently great. Another thing is that I'm generally not a huge fan of the harem genre, and while Bakemonogatari handled it better than a lot of other things I've seen, it still ran into the problem of, like... why are all these girls falling for this dude. One or two I could understand but not every single one. He proudly gropes little girls, half vampire or not, Araragi isn't exactly a catch. I mean he's fine as the character who has interesting things happen around him but he's still my least favorite character so far.

I guess I should talk about Senjougahara too. I can appreciate the occasional tsundere (Noire from the Neptunia games is a good example) but Senjougahara was too tsundere for me. Her mean side was so overpowering that, as a result, the sweet side always felt forced. One example was during their date when Araragi said multiple times that he didn't like all the mean things she said and did, but then when the switch flipped and she was being nice he was like 'lol I love everything about you'. No you don't, you don't like the mean side and you said as much multiple times. I didn't dislike her or anything but Senjougahara is my least favorite girl so far (Hanekawa is also still the best, followed by Hachikuji).

I love Engaged to the Unidentified, so I'm sad to see that you didn't like it! I thought all three of the main girls were great, but this was also one of the few SoL comedies where all of the side characters filled their roles well too. Ah well, at least it finished ahead of other stuff.

So random question maybe, but why do people even make alts for mobile? Like you can literally use the same exact account on your phone that you use on any other device so I dont really get why people have mobile alts

I made Mobilezoid mostly because I saw lots of other people with mobile accounts and assumed there was a reason, but the reason I assumed was that my phone would be connecting to a lot of shady free wifi networks and I didn't want my high-karma main potentially getting associated with a bunch of nefarious usermaps.

Losing my main account obviously wouldn't be the biggest thing in the world, but making a new one for mobile wasn't much of a hassle either.

Isn't rallying when you bring someone in who wouldn't participate otherwise? The discord people are all regulars merely being informed the round is up.

It would be like me having a friend on another board and saying 'hey go vote here'. They'd never see the round otherwise so that would be rallying. If Paul can't even be bothered to vote on his own a single time in a 48 hour final, it doesn't sound like he cares very much.

I've never read anything from Junji Ito, but I watched the anime. There were a few segments that I could tell were good ideas but the anime was all just so low budget and poorly put together that it didn't work.

I haven't had time to watch the latest Banana Fish episode yet but the one before that (episode 6) was really bad and saw it drop a little in my ranking as well.

Like, Ash already has a grim backstory, they didn't need to make it even more hilariously awful with that terrible father. "Son, if a strange man ever tries to do things to you, just let it happen and charge him money and I'll call you a manwhore forever" uhhh. Then the dad's girlfriend died and he didn't care. I guess I just really hated the dad so I'm hoping this dip in quality will be a one episode anomaly.
