Thats not as bad then. I would rather struggle with personal calls than work calls. I still get the weird anxiety feeling when the phone starts ringing at work. To the point where that default Samsung ringtone makes me shudder every time now whether its my phone or not.

Lol this sounds exactly like me, less no nowadays though cos I have to do it so often at work.

I think it started when I noticed how awkward I was on the phone in my late teens. I remember this one girl used to call me all the time and thered just be long awkward silences. Then when wed both start talking at the same time and itd be like oh sorry you talk, then wed talk at the sam time again. Basically the telephone equivalent of walking into someone then doing that awkward dance when you try to get out of each others way. Cringe.

I also hate when I text people for this exact reason and they wanna respond to me by calling. No m8 if I wanted to call you I would have. Take a hint.

I think Ive definitely gotten better though, having to be on the phone constantly at work helps.

How are you on the phone at work though @Jen0125 ? Is it just personal calls youre weird with?

Not really sure what point youre making cos that just links me to other agencies involved in space research, some of them for the department of defence

Point Im making is this is essentially a diff branch of the military. Naturally theres gonna be more focused research into areas where the other agencies wouldnt really have had to explore, which will lead to advances in that field, which would eventually filter down into other fields like it always does

Idk if you know how research and development works lol but its not that difficult to comprehend

Whats the difference between a town and a city in the US? I would have thought with such a small population and relatively little infrastructure (from the wiki page at least) that would be considered a town.

Over here I think town/city is determined by having a church which I dont know if its still the case anymore but I never understood it.

The real distinction is between a village and a city though. Where a village generally has a low population
