Auschwitz wasn't actually in Germany, like I assumed, it was in Poland. Also, "Auschwitz" refers to the whole group of concentration camps, not just the main camps.

Heh. Yeah. That didn't work out quite as planned in TNG, did it? But then again, they take power from the saucer section's engines, plus it had several phrase strips and, I think, a photo torpedo launcher. They probably evacuated the civilians and less important personal a long time before.

Interesting, SFA. They lent money they knew countries would struggle to pay back, to benefit themselves, and then said the countries were irresponsible to accept the loans, so it was there own fault.

Germans do have a reputation for arrogance, I suppose. At various points in their history, thinking they're better than other countries. You know, I guess there's even a name that describes stuff they've done, and why they think they're better than us.

Having said that, certain other nations have pretty arrogant attitudes. America, for example. Thinking that they're the only democratic nation in the world, that America is the only place you can really achieve anything. France is also pretty smug.

Still one of the best games ever released. Stands up very well, I think. The only real bad thing is the sloppy controls. Loose, a bit unresponsive, and Mario slides a bit too much, perhaps.

Only 3D platformer that ever beat it was B-K. Took the basic formula, and made it even greater.

Capcom. They've done plenty of stuff I like, but Square-Enix...well, I don't like RPGs much at all. I think I've bought one game from them, FFXIII, and it was pretty boring.

I haven't seen it in a couple of months. Perhaps it closes down for Winter. Of course, if it's open, it's a lovely, warm place, for homeless people to sit in. They can research things at the same time, too.

I don't understand. Do people not generally but films anymore? Is it just Netflix, all the time, for most people?

For new films, I watch them on TV, stream them off the appropriate websites, and watch at the cinema.

For old films I want to buy, I get them on DVD.

The funny thing is, I can't imagine many serious film buffs getting Netflix. I'm pretty sure if doesn't have much of the stuff they like to watch on it.

Why do people hate Temple of Doom so much? Great characters, interesting location, some funny bits. The second half isn't that good, though...but it's not terrible.

My point is...what the hell do you mean by "working class"? Do you mean lower class? When you call one group "working class" it implies that it's the only class that works, which is very misleading. Also, when the other classes are called middle and upper, it only makes sense to call this one lower for consistency purposes. Besides, there's no point in trying to make the class sound better than it really is. Calling it lower class is just one more incentive people have to pull themselves out of it.

The problem is, some of those would be very expensive to get. The Dawns Are Quiet Here was maybe 20 on Amazon. Plus, look at all those American films, so mainstream. :(

Does anyone have opinions on them? I mean, I've seen them all at least once before, but I'm not sure for some of them how rewatchable they might be. Plus, I might be misremembering enjoying something.

How can someone game for 3,000 hours in a year? That's about 8 hours a day. People whine and moan at me for being NEET, but you would have to be unemployed and out of education, to put in an average of 8 hours a day. Unless you just had no other hobbies.

You put in 2,000 hours in WoW in a year? I played about 10 hours on it, way back when, and thought it was boring as fuck. Although, who knows what PC gamers like.
