Depends on the context. Well I dont get paid for the time Im not working. Even if its minimal, say an hour and 55 minutes would pay different. I agree that its not a great excuse, if I was distinctly told to stop I would, and most of the time I stay, especially when its busy. Though it sometimes leads me to work longer than I technically should be cause I dont wanna just leave when things are hectic, especially when my replacements have clocked in but arent ready to work. --- |
